Claims (4)
- 340MPa급 또는 SPRC440의 고장력 강판에 의해 프레스 성형되며, 내부에 배터리모듈이 결합되는 배터리 하우징; 상기 배터리 하우징을 커버하도록 볼트 및 너트를 통해 상기 배터리 하우징에 결합되는 하우징 커버; 및 780MPa급 이상의 고장력 강판에 의해 프레스 성형되어 상기 배터리 하우징에 결합되며, 상기 배터리 하우징의 하면과 측면을 보강하면서 차체에 고정되는 차체고정 마운트부;를 포함하며,
상기 배터리 하우징은, 상기 하우징 커버를 결합하도록 상단부 테두리부가 외측으로 벤딩되어 커버결합 플랜지가 형성되고, 상기 커버결합 플랜지에서 연장되어 상기 차체고정 마운트부와 중첩되는 마운트 플랜지가 형성되며,
상기 차체고정 마운트부는, 상기 배터리 하우징의 하면 및 양측면을 보강하기 위한 케이스보강 마운트 브래킷; 및 상기 마운트 플랜지의 상면에 결합되는 플랜지보강 마운트 브래킷;를 포함하고,
상기 케이스보강 마운트 브래킷은, 상기 배터리 하우징의 하면 및 양측면에 접합되는 케이스 보강 플레이트; 및 상기 케이스 보강 플레이트의 양측에서 각각 절곡되어 상기 마운트 플랜지의 하면에 접합되는 마운트 플레이트;를 포함하며,
상기 케이스 보강 플레이트와 상기 마운트 플레이트에 보강 절곡부가 외측으로 절곡되어 형성되며,
상기 차체고정 마운트부는, 마운트홀부가 형성되고, 상기 마운트홀부에 체결부재의 결합을 위한 가이드 부싱이 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 경량 배터리 케이스. - 삭제
