Claims (7)
- 수지 성분과, 광카티온 중합 개시제를 함유하고,
상기 수지 성분은,
3 개 이상의 에폭시기를 갖는 크레졸 노볼락형 에폭시 수지와,
2 개의 에폭시기를 갖는 고형의 비스페놀형 에폭시 수지와,
2 개의 에폭시기를 갖는 액상의 비스페놀형 에폭시 수지와,
고형의 플루오렌 고리 함유 에폭시 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 광도파로 코어 형성용 감광성 에폭시 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 크레졸 노볼락형 에폭시 수지와, 상기 고형의 비스페놀형 에폭시 수지와, 상기 액상의 비스페놀형 에폭시 수지와, 상기 고형의 플루오렌 고리 함유 에폭시 화합물의 총합 100 질량부에 대해,
상기 크레졸 노볼락형 에폭시 수지의 함유 비율은, 45 질량부 이상 60 질량부 이하이고,
상기 고형의 비스페놀형 에폭시 수지의 함유 비율은, 15 질량부 이상 25 질량부 이하이고,
상기 액상의 비스페놀형 에폭시 수지의 함유 비율은, 15 질량부 이상 25 질량부 이하이고,

- 제 1 항에 기재된 광도파로 코어 형성용 감광성 에폭시 수지 조성물의 경화물을 함유하는 코어층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 광도파로.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 코어층을 피복하고, 굴절률이 1.554 이하인 클래드층을 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 광도파로. - 제 4 항에 기재된 광도파로를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 광전기 혼재 기판.
- 언더 클래드층을 형성하는 공정과,
제 3 항에 기재된 광도파로 코어 형성용 감광성 필름이 갖는 상기 수지 조성물층을 상기 언더 클래드층에 첩부하는 공정과,
상기 수지 조성물층을 노광 및 현상하여, 상기 언더 클래드층 상에 코어층을 형성하는 공정과,
상기 코어층을 피복하도록, 상기 언더 클래드층 상에 오버 클래드층을 형성하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광도파로의 제조 방법.
