Claims (9)
에폭시기, 산 무수물 구조, 옥사졸린기, 수산기, 카복실기 및 술포기로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 관능기를 갖고, 중량 평균 분자량이 1.0×104 이상이고, 융점 및 유리 전이점의 적어도 한쪽이 70℃ 이상 150℃ 이하인 관능기 함유 중합체
를 함유하는, 중합체 조성물.
상기 변성 공액 디엔계 중합체와 상기 관능기 함유 중합체와의 배합 비율(변성 공액 디엔계 중합체/관능기 함유 중합체)이, 질량비로 99/1∼70/30인, 중합체 조성물.
실리카, 카본 블랙 및 하기식 (1)로 나타나는 무기 화합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 보강성 충전제를 추가로 함유하는, 중합체 조성물.

(식 (1) 중, M1은, 알루미늄, 마그네슘, 티탄 및 칼슘의 어느 것인 특정 금속, 상기 특정 금속의 산화물, 상기 특정 금속의 수산화물, 상기 특정 금속의 산화물의 수화물 및, 상기 특정 금속의 수산화물의 수화물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종이고; n은 1∼5의 정수이고, m은 0∼10의 정수이고, k는 2∼5의 정수이고, i는 0∼10의 정수임)
(A) 1급 아미노기, 2급 아미노기, 3급 아미노기, 오늄화 또는 보호된 1급 아미노기, 오늄화 또는 보호된 2급 아미노기 및 오늄화된 3급 아미노기로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 질소 함유 관능기를 갖고, 중량 평균 분자량이 1.0×105 이상 1.5×106 이하이고, 유리 전이점이 -100℃ 이상 0℃ 이하인 변성 공액 디엔계 중합체.
(B) 에폭시기, 산 무수물 구조, 옥사졸린기, 수산기, 카복실기 및 술포기로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 관능기를 갖고, 중량 평균 분자량이 1.0×104 이상이고, 융점 및 유리 전이점의 적어도 한쪽이 70℃ 이상 150℃ 이하인 관능기 함유 중합체.
상기 (A) 변성 공액 디엔계 중합체와 상기 (B) 관능기 함유 중합체와 함께, 하기의 (C) 보강성 충전제를 혼합하는, 중합체 조성물의 제조 방법.
(C) 하기식 (1)로 나타나는 무기 화합물, 실리카 및 카본 블랙으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 보강성 충전제.
