도 2는 픽셀 회로와 픽셀 회로에 연결된 센싱 경로를 보여 주는 회로도이다.
도 3a 및 도 3b는 스캔 신호, 센싱 신호 및 데이터 전압을 보여 주는 파형도들이다.
도 4는 파워 온 시퀀스, 디스플레이 구동 기간, 및 파워 오프 시퀀스를 포여 주는 도면이다.
도 5는 액티브 구간과 버티컬 블랭크 구간을 상세히 보여 주는 도면이다.
도 6은 표시 패널에 연결된 데이터 구동부의 집적 회로들을 보여 주는 평면도이다.

Claims (10)
- n(n은 2 이상의 양의 정수) 개의 데이터 라인들 m(m은 2 이상의 양의 정수) 개의 게이트 라인들이 교차되고 다수의 서브 픽셀들이 배치된 표시 패널;
상기 데이터 라인들의 일단에 연결되어 상기 데이터 라인들에 제1 영상의 데이터 신호를 인가하는 제1 데이터 구동부;
상기 데이터 라인들의 타단에 연결되어 상기 데이터 라인들에 제2 영상의 데이터 신호를 인가하는 제2 데이터 구동부; 및
상기 게이트 라인들에 연결되어 게이트 신호를 상기 게이트 라인들에 순차적으로 공급하는 게이트 구동부를 구비하고,
상기 서브 픽셀들 각각은
상기 표시 패널의 전면을 통해 빛을 발산하는 제1 발광부, 및 상기 표시 패널의 배면을 통해 빛을 발산하는 제2 발광부를 포함하고,
상기 제1 데이터 구동부는 상기 제1 영상의 제1 픽셀 데이터 신호를 제1 데이터 라인에 공급하고, 상기 제1 영상의 제n 픽셀 데이터 신호를 제n 데이터 라인에 공급하며,
상기 제2 데이터 구동부는 상기 제2 영상의 제1 픽셀 데이터 신호를 상기 제n 데이터 라인에 공급하고, 상기 제2 영상의 제n 픽셀 데이터 신호를 상기 제1 데이터 라인에 공급하는 양면 디스플레이. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 발광부와 상기 제2 발광부는,
데이터 라인과 게이트 라인을 공유하는 양면 디스플레이. - n(n은 2 이상의 양의 정수) 개의 데이터 라인들 m(m은 2 이상의 양의 정수) 개의 게이트 라인들이 교차되고 다수의 서브 픽셀들이 배치된 표시 패널;
상기 데이터 라인들의 일단에 연결되어 상기 데이터 라인들에 제1 영상의 데이터 신호를 인가하는 제1 데이터 구동부;
상기 데이터 라인들의 타단에 연결되어 상기 데이터 라인들에 제2 영상의 데이터 신호를 인가하는 제2 데이터 구동부; 및
상기 게이트 라인들에 연결되어 게이트 신호를 상기 게이트 라인들에 순차적으로 공급하는 게이트 구동부를 구비하고,
상기 서브 픽셀들 각각은
상기 표시 패널의 전면을 통해 빛을 발산하는 제1 발광부, 및 상기 표시 패널의 배면을 통해 빛을 발산하는 제2 발광부를 포함하고,
상기 제1 데이터 구동부는 상기 제1 영상의 제1 픽셀 데이터 신호를 제1 데이터 라인에 공급하고, 상기 제1 영상의 제n 픽셀 데이터 신호를 제n 데이터 라인에 공급하며,
상기 제2 데이터 구동부는 상기 제2 영상의 제1 픽셀 데이터 신호를 상기 제n 데이터 라인에 공급하고, 상기 제2 영상의 제n 픽셀 데이터 신호를 상기 제1 데이터 라인에 공급하고,
상기 제1 발광부와 상기 제2 발광부는 데이터 라인과 게이트 라인을 공유하고,
상기 제1 발광부로부터 발산되는 빛은 제1 애노드 전극 상에서 반사되어 제1 캐소드 전극을 투과하고,
상기 제2 발광부로부터 발산되는 빛은 제2 캐소드 전극 상에서 반사되어 제2 애노드 전극을 투과하는 양면 디스플레이. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2 발광부가 동시에 구동되거나 소정의 시간 주기로 교대로 구동되는 양면 디스플레이. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 서브 픽셀들 각각은
상기 제1 발광부에서 발광되는 제1 발광 소자;
상기 제2 발광부에서 발광되는 제2 발광 소자;
게이트-소스간 전압에 따라 상기 제1 및 제2 발광 소자들을 구동하는 구동 소자; 및
상기 구동 소자의 게이트-소스간 전압을 충전하는 커패시터를 구비하는 양면 디스플레이. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 서브 픽셀들 각각은,
제1 게이트 라인을 통해 인가되는 스캔 신호에 따라 턴-온되어 상기 구동 소자의 게이트를 데이터 라인에 연결하는 제1 스위치 소자; 및
제2 게이트 라인을 통해 인가되는 센싱 신호에 따라 턴-온되어 센싱 라인을 상기 구동 소자의 소스에 연결하는 제2 스위치 소자를 더 구비하는 양면 디스플레이. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 서브 픽셀들 각각은,
제1 발광 제어 신호에 응답하여 상기 구동 소자와 상기 제1 발광 소자 사이의 전류 패스를 스위칭하는 제3 스위치 소자; 및
제2 발광 제어 신호에 응답하여 상기 구동 소자와 상기 제2 발광 소자 사이의 전류 패스를 스위칭하는 제4 스위치 소자를 더 구비하는 양면 디스플레이. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 서브 픽셀들 각각은
상기 제1 발광부에서 발광되는 제1 발광 소자;
상기 제2 발광부에서 발광되는 제2 발광 소자;
게이트-소스간 전압에 따라 상기 제1 및 제2 발광 소자들을 구동하는 구동 소자;
상기 구동 소자의 게이트-소스간 전압을 충전하는 커패시터;
게이트 라인을 통해 인가되는 스캔 신호에 따라 턴-온되어 상기 구동 소자의 게이트를 데이터 라인에 연결하는 제1 스위치 소자;
제1 발광 제어 신호에 응답하여 상기 구동 소자와 상기 제1 발광 소자 사이의 전류 패스를 스위칭하는 제3 스위치 소자; 및
제2 발광 제어 신호에 응답하여 상기 구동 소자와 상기 제2 발광 소자 사이의 전류 패스를 스위칭하는 제4 스위치 소자를 더 구비하는 양면 디스플레이. - n(n은 2 이상의 양의 정수) 개의 데이터 라인들, m(m은 2 이상의 양의 정수)개의 게이트 라인들 및 다수의 서브 픽셀들이 배치된 표시 패널;
상기 데이터 라인들의 일단에 연결되어 상기 데이터 라인들에 제1 영상의 데이터 신호 또는 제2 영상의 데이터 신호를 인가하는 데이터 구동부; 및
상기 게이트 라인들에 연결되어 게이트 신호를 상기 게이트 라인들에 순차적으로 공급하는 게이트 구동부를 구비하고,
상기 서브 픽셀들 각각은 상기 표시 패널의 전면을 통해 빛을 발산하는 제1 발광부, 및 상기 표시 패널의 배면을 통해 빛을 발산하는 제2 발광부를 포함하고,
상기 데이터 구동부는 제1 표시 기간 동안 상기 제1 영상의 적어도 일부를 나타내는 데이터 신호를 상기 n개의 데이터 라인들에 공급하고,
상기 데이터 구동부는 제2 표시 기간 동안 상기 제2 영상의 적어도 일부를 나타내는 데이터 신호를 상기 n개의 데이터 라인들에 공급하는 양면 디스플레이. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 표시 패널은 투명인 양면 디스플레이.
