Claims (11)
- 복수 개의 화소들이 메트릭스 형태로 배열되어 영상을 표시하는 디스플레이패널,
상기 디스플레이패널의 어느 한 면에서 일부의 화소들이 표시하는 영상이 보이지 않도록 상기 화소를 임의의 패턴으로 블랭크 처리하고, 다른 한 면에서 상기 임의의 패턴으로 블랭크 처리된 화소들을 제외한 나머지 화소들을 블랭크 처리하는 블랭크수단, 및
상기 디스플레이패널의 어느 한 면을 기준으로 상기 블랭크수단에 의해 블랭크 처리되는 화소들에서 표시되는 영상과, 블랭크 처리되지 않는 화소들에서 표시되는 영상이 좌,우가 반전되도록 변환하여 상기 디스플레이패널로 제공하는 변환부를 포함하고,
상기 블랭크수단은 상기 블랭크 처리되지 않은 화소들에서 표시되는 영상의 빛이 입사되어 상기 블랭크수단의 외면으로 빛을 확산시키는 빛확산부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 디스플레이장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 임의의 패턴은
상기 디스플레이패널에서 어느 한 면 또는 다른 한 면에서 블랭크 처리하는 라인과 블랭크 처리하지 않는 라인이 교대로 배치되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 디스플레이장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,

상기 디스플레이패널에서 어느 한 면 또는 다른 한 면에서 상기 화소들이 이루는 홀수번째 수평라인들과 짝수번째 수평라인들 중 어느 하나를 블랭크 처리하도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 디스플레이장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 변환부는
상기 디스플레이패널에 영상을 표시하기 위한 주사선에 포함된 영상신호를 변환하거나, 영상 자체를 좌,우 반전되도록 변환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 디스플레이장치. - 삭제

상기 블랭크수단은
상기 디스플레이패널과 마주하는 면이 빛을 반사시키는 반사면으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 디스플레이장치. - 제1항에 있어서,

상기 디스플레이패널에 도료에 의해 도포되거나, 접착테이프에 의해 접착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 디스플레이장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 디스플레이패널은
상기 디스플레이패널에 부착되는 편광판 또는 필름을 포함하고,
상기 블랭크수단은 상기 편광판 또는 필름에 인쇄되는 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 디스플레이장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 디스플레이패널의 어느 한 면, 또는 둘 모두의 면에 구비되어 상기 디스플레이패널로 빛을 제공하는 광원을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 디스플레이장치. - 제9항에 있어서,

상기 광원의 빛을 상기 디스플레이패널로 확산시켜 제공하도록 확산패턴이 형성된 도광판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양면 디스플레이장치. - 제10항에 있어서,
