- 일 면 및 상기 일 면과 반대에 위치한 타 면을 갖는 바(bar) 형상의 투광성 회로 기판;
상기 투광성 회로 기판의 양단에 각각 접속되는 제1 및 제2 접속 단자;
상기 투광성 회로 기판의 상기 일 면 상에 실장되며, 상기 제1 및 제2 접속단자에 접속된 적어도 하나의 발광 다이오드 칩; 및
상기 투광성 회로 기판의 상기 일 면 및 상기 타 면을 덮으며, 상기 발광 다이오드 칩을 감싸고, 상기 제1 및 제2 접속 단자의 적어도 일부를 노출하는 파장변환부;를 포함하며,
상기 발광 다이오드 칩은,
제1 및 제2 도전형 반도체층과 그 사이에 배치된 활성층을 포함하며, 서로 대향하는 제1 및 제2 면을 갖는 복수의 발광셀;
상기 복수의 발광셀의 상기 제2 면에 배치되며 상기 제1 도전형 반도체층의 제1 콘택 영역과 상기 제2 도전형 반도체층의 제2 콘택 영역을 각각 정의하는 제1 개구와 제2 개구를 갖는 절연막;
상기 절연막을 따라 배치되며 상기 복수의 발광셀 중 이웃하는 발광셀들의 제1 및 제2 콘택 영역을 연결하는 연결 전극;
상기 복수의 발광셀의 상기 제1 면 상에 배치되는 투광성 지지 기판; 및
상기 복수의 발광셀과 상기 투광성 지지 기판 사이에 배치되는 투광성 접합층;을 포함하며,
상기 제2 면은 상기 투광성 회로 기판의 상기 일 면을 향하여 배치되는 LED 모듈.

상기 투광성 회로 기판은 상기 타 면에 형성된 요철을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 모듈.
- 제13항에 있어서,
상기 파장변환부는 상기 발광 다이오드 칩이 실장된 영역을 포함하는 영역에 배치되며, 상기 투광성 회로 기판은 상기 파장변환부가 배치되지 않은 영역을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 모듈.
- 제13항에 있어서,
상기 파장변환부가 배치되지 않은 영역은 상기 투광성 회로 기판의 길이 방향에 대하여 수직인 폭 방향에 대칭적으로 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 모듈.
- 제13항에 있어서,
상기 투광성 회로 기판과 상기 투광성 지지 기판은 동일한 조성을 갖는 물질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 모듈.
- 제13항에 있어서,
상기 투광성 회로 기판의 상기 일 면의 결정방향은 상기 제1 도전형 반도체층의 제1 면의 결정방향과 서로 다른 결정방향을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 모듈.
- 제13항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 발광셀은 상기 투광성 지지 기판과 상기 투광성 회로 기판의 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 LED 모듈.
