- 발광 장치로서,
제1 유기 수지층;
상기 제1 유기 수지층 위의 제1 접착층;
상기 제1 접착층 위의 제1 절연층;
상기 제1 절연층 위의 하부 전극;
상기 하부 전극 위의 제2 절연층;
상기 하부 전극 및 상기 제2 절연층 위의 일렉트로루미네센스층;
상기 일렉트로루미네센스층 위의 상부 전극;
상기 상부 전극 위의 터치 센서;
상기 터치 센서 위의 제2 접착층;
상기 제2 접착층 위의 제2 유기 수지층; 및
상기 하부 전극에 전기적으로 접속된 트랜지스터
를 포함하고,
상기 제1 유기 수지층 및 상기 제2 유기 수지층이 상기 제1 절연층과 중첩하지 않고 상기 제2 절연층과 중첩하지 않는 영역에서의 상기 제1 유기 수지층의 하면과 상기 제2 유기 수지층의 상면 사이의 거리는 상기 제1 유기 수지층 및 상기 제2 유기 수지층이 상기 제1 절연층 및 상기 제2 절연층과 중첩하는 영역에서의 상기 제1 유기 수지층의 하면과 상기 제2 유기 수지층의 상면 사이의 거리보다 작고,
상기 상부 전극은 상기 일렉트로루미네센스층으로부터 방출된 광을 투과시키는, 발광 장치. - 발광 장치로서,

상기 제1 접착층 위의 발광 소자로서, 상기 발광 소자는 상기 트랜지스터에 전기적으로 접속되는 상기 발광 소자;

상기 터치 센서 위의 제2 접착층; 및
상기 제2 접착층 위의 제2 유기 수지층
을 포함하고,
제1 영역에서의 상기 제1 유기 수지층의 하면과 상기 제2 유기 수지층의 상면 사이의 거리는 제2 영역에서의 상기 제1 유기 수지층의 하면과 상기 제2 유기 수지층의 상면 사이의 거리보다 작고,
상기 트랜지스터, 상기 발광 소자, 상기 수지층, 및 상기 터치 센서 각각은 상기 제1 영역에서 상기 제1 유기 수지층과 상기 제2 유기 수지층 사이에 개재되지 않고,
상기 트랜지스터, 상기 발광 소자, 상기 수지층, 및 상기 터치 센서 각각은 상기 제2 영역에서 상기 제1 유기 수지층과 상기 제2 유기 수지층 사이에 개재되고,
상기 발광 소자는 톱 에미션 구조를 갖는, 발광 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 유기 수지층은 제1 가요성 기판이고
