Abstract
Description
도 1b는 본 발명의 실시양태에 따른 아르기닌-풍부 펩티드 및 안티센스 올리고머의 접합체를 나타낸다.

Claims (20)
- 선택된 표적에 결합하여 인간 디스트로핀 유전자에서 엑손 스키핑을 유도할 수 있는 길이 24개 뉴클레오티드의 안티센스 올리고머이며,
여기서 상기 안티센스 올리고머는 H44A(-07+17)로 이루어진 엑손 44 표적 영역에 특이적으로 혼성화하는 염기의 서열을 포함하고,
상기 올리고머의 염기는 모르폴리노 고리 구조에 연결되고,
상기 모르폴리노 고리 구조는 하나의 고리 구조의 모르폴리노 질소를 인접한 고리 구조의 5' 엑소시클릭 탄소에 결합시키는 인-함유 서브유닛간 연결에 의해 결합되는 것인,
안티센스 올리고머 또는 그의 제약상 허용되는 염. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 서열이 서열번호 1을 포함하거나;
티민 염기가 우라실 염기로 치환된 서열번호 1의 염기 서열을 포함하는 24개 염기의 안티센스 올리고머인,
안티센스 올리고머 또는 그의 제약상 허용되는 염. - 제2항에 있어서, 상기 서열이 서열번호 1로 이루어진 것인 안티센스 올리고머 또는 그의 제약상 허용되는 염.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, RNase H를 활성화시키지 않는 안티센스 올리고머 또는 그의 제약상 허용되는 염.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 안티센스 올리고머의 활성, 세포 분포 또는 세포 흡수를 증진시키는 하나 이상의 모이어티 또는 접합체에 화학적으로 연결되는 안티센스 올리고머 또는 그의 제약상 허용되는 염.
- 제5항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 글리콜 분자에 화학적으로 연결되는 안티센스 올리고머 또는 그의 제약상 허용되는 염.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 아르기닌-풍부 펩티드에 접합되는 안티센스 올리고머 또는 그의 제약상 허용되는 염.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 아르기닌-풍부 펩티드가 서열번호 24 내지 39로부터 선택된 서열을 포함하는 것인 안티센스 올리고머 또는 그의 제약상 허용되는 염.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나의 고리 구조의 모르폴리노 질소를 인접한 고리 구조의 5' 엑소시클릭 탄소에 결합시키는 실질적으로 비하전된 인-함유 서브유닛간 연결에 의해 결합된 모르폴리노 고리 구조를 포함하는 안티센스 올리고머 또는 그의 제약상 허용되는 염.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 서브유닛간 연결이 비하전되고, 생리학적 pH에서 양으로 하전된 연결과 함께 배치되며, 상기 양으로 하전된 연결의 총 수가 2 내지 연결의 총 수의 절반 이하인 안티센스 올리고머 또는 그의 제약상 허용되는 염.
