Description
도 2는 DCT를 채용한 TMED 하이브리드 시스템에서 엔진 시동을 위한 제어 시의 모터 속도(rpm) 및 엔진 속도(rpm)를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 3은 통상의 토크 컨버터 구성을 나타낸 도면이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 엔진 시동을 위한 제어 과정의 타이밍 차트를 예시한 도면이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 엔진 시동을 위한 제어 과정의 순서도이다.

Claims (6)
- 토크 컨버터가 장착된 자동변속기를 사용하는 TMED(Transmission Mounted Electric Device) 하이브리드 시스템에서 구동모터를 이용하여 엔진을 시동하기 위한 제어 방법에 있어서,
구동모터가 구동하고 있는 상태에서 변속기의 락업 클러치를 해제하는 단계;
엔진 클러치를 접합하기 위한 엔진 클러치 접합 제어를 시작하는 단계;
엔진 클러치 접합 제어 시작 후 엔진 회전수가 상승하는 동안 엔진 클러치 접합 제어에 의해 엔진 회전수 상승 기울기가 제어되는 단계;
엔진 회전수가 상승하는 동안 엔진 회전수 변동으로 인해 발생하는 토크의 보상이 이루어지도록 모터의 토크 출력을 제어하는 단계; 및
연료 분사 제어가 시작되고 엔진으로부터 토크 출력이 이루어지면 상기 락업 클러치를 접합하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 변속기의 락업 클러치를 해제하는 단계 이후 구동모터 최대 출력 가능 토크와 차량 구동을 위한 구동모터 요구 토크로부터 상기 보상을 위해 추가로 출력 가능한 구동모터 여유 토크를 확인하는 단계를 더 포함하고,
상기 구동모터 여유 토크에 상응하는 엔진 회전수 상승 기울기로 엔진 회전수가 제어될 수 있도록 상기 엔진 클러치 접합 제어를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 시동을 위한 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 엔진 클러치 접합 제어를 수행하는 동안 모터 속도(rpm)를 정해진 기울기로 상승시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 시동을 위한 제어 방법.

상기 연료 분사 제어에 의해 연료 분사가 시작되면, 엔진 클러치 전달토크를 추정하고, 연료 분사 동안 상기 추정된 엔진 클러치 전달토크에 상응하는 보상 토크를 출력하도록 구동모터를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 시동을 위한 제어 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 연료 분사 제어가 시작된 후, 엔진 속도와 모터 속도의 동기화가 이루어졌는지를 확인하여 동기화가 완료되면, 상기 락업 클러치의 접합을 위한 제어를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 엔진 시동을 위한 제어 방법.
