Claims (20)
- 조성식 (Sr1-x-yBaxEuy)2Si5N8로 표현되는 질화물을 포함하며,
상기 조성식에서 Ba 조성비(x)는 0<x<0.7을 만족하고, Eu 조성비(y)는 0.018<y<0.04을 만족하고,
입도(d50)가 10∼25㎛ 범위이며, 입도에 관련된 사분 편차(Q.D.)를 (d75-d25)/(d75+d25)로 정의할 때에, 적색 형광체의 입도분포는 0.18<Q.D.<0.32를 만족하고,
여기원을 조사하여 600∼630㎚ 범위에 피크 파장을 갖는 광을 방출하며,
상기 여기원은 420∼470㎚ 범위의 주파장(dominant wavelength)을 갖는 청색 광원인 적색 형광체.
