Claims (19)
- 실리콘 탄성중합체를 형성하기 위한 조성물로서, 상기 조성물은
A) 분자당 2개 이상의 규소-결합된 에틸렌계 불포화 기를 갖는 선형 유기폴리실록산;
B) 분자당 2개 이상의 규소-결합된 수소 원자를 갖는 선형 유기하이드로겐실록산;
C)
C1) 분자당 3개 이상의 규소-결합된 에틸렌계 불포화 기를 갖는 유기폴리실록산, 및
C2) 분자당 3개 이상의 규소-결합된 수소 원자를 갖는 유기폴리실록산
으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 가교결합제; 및
D) 촉매적 유효량으로 존재하는 하이드로실릴화 촉매
를 포함하며;
성분 C1)의 상기 규소-결합된 에틸렌계 불포화 기 중 하나 이상은 성분 A)의 상기 규소-결합된 에틸렌계 불포화 기에 비해 더 낮은 반응성을 갖고;
성분 C2)의 상기 규소-결합된 수소 원자 중 하나 이상은 성분 B)의 상기 규소-결합된 수소 원자에 비해 더 낮은 반응성을 갖되;
단, 성분 A)에 비해 몰 과량(molar excess)의 성분 B)가 존재하면 적어도 성분 C1)이 존재하고, 성분 B)에 비해 몰 과량의 성분 A)가 존재하면 적어도 성분 C2)가 존재하고, 성분 A)와 성분 B)의 몰 기준(molar basis)은, 각각 성분 A) 및 성분 B)에 의해 제공되는 규소-결합된 에틸렌계 불포화 기 및 규소-결합된 수소 원자의 수에 기초하는, 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 성분 A)는 하기 평균 화학식 I을 갖는, 조성물:

(여기서, R2, R3, 및 R4의 각각은 독립적으로 선택된 치환 또는 비치환된 하이드로카르빌 기이고, 각각의 R7은 독립적으로 선택된 수소 원자이거나 R2이고, 하첨자 y는 1 내지 500이고, 하첨자 z는 1 내지 500이되, 단 각각의 R7이 R2이면 하첨자 z는 3 내지 500임). - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물의 반응 생성물을 포함하는, 실리콘 탄성중합체.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 3차원(3D) 물품을 형성하기 위한, 또는 3D 물품을 형성하도록 인쇄하기 위한, 조성물.
- 3차원(3D) 물품을 형성하는 방법으로서, 상기 방법은
I) 3D 프린터로 제1 실리콘 조성물을 인쇄하여 층을 형성하는 단계;
II) 상기 층 상에 상기 3D 프린터로 제2 실리콘 조성물을 인쇄하여 후속 층을 형성하는 단계; 및
III) 선택적으로, 임의의 추가적인 층(들)을 위한 독립적으로 선택된 실리콘 조성물(들)로 단계 II)를 반복하여 상기 3D 물품을 형성하는 단계
를 포함하며;
상기 제1 실리콘 조성물 및 상기 제2 실리콘 조성물은 서로 동일하거나 상이하고;
상기 실리콘 조성물들 중 하나 이상은 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물인, 방법. - 제8항에 있어서, 상기 3D 프린터는 잉크젯 프린터인, 방법.
- 3차원(3D) 물품을 형성하는 방법으로서, 상기 방법은
1) I) 다량의 실리콘 조성물에서 제1 층을 경화시키는 단계;
II) 다량의 실리콘 조성물에서 제2 층을 경화시키는 단계; 및
III) 선택적으로, 임의의 추가적인 층(들)을 위한 독립적으로 선택된 실리콘 조성물(들)로 단계 II)를 반복하여 상기 3D 물품을 형성하는 단계
를 포함하거나; 또는
2) 전자기 방사선을 적용함으로써 다량의 액체 조성물에서 경화된 3D 물품을 직접 형성하는 단계를 포함하거나; 또는
3) I) 실리콘 조성물을 지지 매체에 직접 침착시켜 3D 물품을 직접 형성하는 단계; 및
II) 상기 3D 물품을 실온에서 또는 열, 전자기 방사선, 전기장과 진동, 및/또는 자기장과 진동을 가하여 경화시키는 단계
를 포함하며;
상기 실리콘 조성물들 중 하나 이상은 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물인, 방법. - 삭제
