Abstract
양극 집전체 및 양극 활물질층을 갖는 양극과, 음극 집전체 및 음극 활물질층을 갖는 음극과, 전해액을 갖고, 음극 활물질층에는 라만 분광법에 의하여 관측되는 라만 스펙트럼의 라만 시프트 1360cm-1에서의 피크 강도 I1360과 라만 시프트 1580cm-1에서의 피크 강도 I1580의 비율 I1360/I1580인 R값이 1.1 이상인 탄소 재료의 함유율을 2wt% 미만으로 하고, 전해액은 리튬 이온과 음이온 및 유기 양이온으로 구성되는 이온 액체를 포함하는 축전 장치다.

Claims (8)
- 축전 장치의 제조 방법으로서,
흑연, 그래핀, R값이 1.1 이상인 탄소 재료 및 바인더를 용매와 혼련하여 페이스트를 제작하는 단계;
상기 페이스트를 건조하여 음극을 제작하는 단계; 및
양극과 상기 음극을 세퍼레이터와 전해액을 사이에 두고 적층하는 단계로서, 상기 전해액은 리튬 이온 및 음이온과 유기 양이온으로 구성된 이온 액체를 함유하는 단계
를 포함하고,
상기 이온 액체의 융점은 -10℃ 이하이고,
상기 바인더는 폴리불화비닐리덴(PVDF)를 포함하고,
상기 흑연은 상기 음극에서 R값이 1.1 미만인 단일 재료이고,
상기 음극은 상기 흑연, 상기 그래핀, R값이 1.1 이상인 상기 탄소 재료 및 상기 바인더로 구성되고, 상기 음극에서 상기 탄소 재료의 함유율은 2wt% 미만이고,
상기 R값은 피크 강도 I1360 대 피크 강도 I1580의 비율(I1360/I1580)이고, 상기 피크 강도 I1360 및 상기 피크 강도 I1580은 라만 분광법에 의해 라만 시프트 1360cm-1 및 라만 시프트 1580cm-1에서 각각 관측되고,
상기 이온 액체는 일반식(G1), (G2), 및 (G3) 중 하나로 나타내어지는, 축전 장치의 제조 방법.
일반식 (G3)은 2개의 지방족 고리를 포함하는 구조를 갖고,
n은 1 이상 2 이하이고,
m은 1 이상 3 이하이고,
n이 1인 경우 α는 0 이상 4 이하이고, n이 2인 경우 α는 0 이상 5 이하이고,
m이 1인 경우 β는 0 이상 4 이하이고, m이 2인 경우 β는 0 이상 5 이하이고, m이 3인 경우 β는 0 이상 6 이하이고,
"α 또는 β가 0"이란 것은 상기 2개의 지방족 고리 중 적어도 하나가 무치환인 것을 의미하고, α와 β 둘 다가 0인 경우는 제외하는 것으로 하고,
X 또는 Y는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 알킬기, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 알콕시기, 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 알콕시알킬기인 치환기이고,
A-는 1가 아마이드 음이온, 1가 메티드 음이온, 퍼플루오로알킬설폰산 음이온, 테트라플루오로보레이트, 퍼플루오로알킬보레이트, 헥사플루오로포스페이트 또는 퍼플루오로알킬포스페이트를 나타내고,
R1 내지 R13은 각각 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기, 메톡시기, 메톡시메틸기, 메톡시에틸기 또는 수소 원자를 나타낸다. - 축전 장치의 제조 방법으로서,
흑연, 그래핀, R값이 1.1 이상인 탄소 재료 및 바인더를 용매와 혼련하여 페이스트를 제작하는 단계;
상기 페이스트를 건조하여 음극을 제작하는 단계; 및
양극과 상기 음극을 세퍼레이터와 전해액을 사이에 두고 적층하는 단계로서, 상기 전해액은 리튬 이온 및 음이온과 유기 양이온으로 구성된 이온 액체를 함유하는 단계
를 포함하고,
상기 바인더는 폴리불화비닐리덴(PVDF)를 포함하고,

m은 1 이상 3 이하이고,
n이 1인 경우 α는 0 이상 4 이하이고, n이 2인 경우 α는 0 이상 5 이하이고,
m이 1인 경우 β는 0 이상 4 이하이고, m이 2인 경우 β는 0 이상 5 이하이고, m이 3인 경우 β는 0 이상 6 이하이고,
"α 또는 β가 0"이란 것은 상기 2개의 지방족 고리 중 적어도 하나가 무치환인 것을 의미하고, α와 β 둘 다가 0인 경우는 제외하는 것으로 하고,
X 또는 Y는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 알킬기, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 알콕시기, 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 알콕시알킬기인 치환기이고,
