Abstract
Description
도 2는 표면에 바닥부가 연속된 홈 형상인 오목부가 등간격, 또한, 인접하는 오목부가 평행하게 병렬되어 있는 합판유리용 중간막의 일례를 나타내는 모식도이다.
도 3은 표면에 바닥부가 연속된 홈 형상인 오목부가 등간격은 아니지만, 인접하는 오목부가 평행하게 병렬되어 있는 합판유리용 중간막의 일례를 나타내는 모식도이다.
도 4는 2층 구조의 합판유리용 중간막에 있어서, 10점 평균 거칠기(Rz)를 측정하는 표면을 설명하는 모식도이다.

Claims (8)
- 2층 이상의 수지층이 적층된 합판유리용 중간막으로서,
적어도 일방의 표면에, 다수의 오목부와 다수의 볼록부를 가지고, 상기 오목부는, 바닥부가 연속된 홈 형상을 가지며, 인접하는 상기 오목부가 평행하게 규칙적으로 병렬되어 있고,
상기 다수의 오목부와 다수의 볼록부를 가지는 표면은, JIS B-0601(1994)에 준거하여 측정되는 오목부의 홈 깊이(Rzg)가 10~40μm이고, 또한,
상기 다수의 오목부와 다수의 볼록부를 가지는 표면을 가지는 수지층을, 상기 수지층이 직접 접하는 수지층으로부터 박리한 후에, 박리한 다수의 오목부와 다수의 볼록부를 가지는 표면을 가지는 수지층의 상기 직접 접하고 있던 수지층측의 표면을 JIS B 0601(1994)에 준거하여 측정한 10점 평균 거칠기(Rz)가 2.7μm 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 합판유리용 중간막. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
인접하는 오목부가 평행하게 등간격으로 병렬되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 합판유리용 중간막. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
수지층은, 폴리바이닐아세탈과 가소제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 합판유리용 중간막. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
적어도 제1 수지층과 제2 수지층을 가지고, 상기 제1 수지층에 포함되는 폴리바이닐아세탈의 수산기량이, 상기 제2 수지층에 포함되는 폴리바이닐아세탈의 수산기량과 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 합판유리용 중간막. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
제1 수지층에 있어서의 폴리바이닐아세탈 100질량부에 대한 가소제의 함유량이, 제2 수지층에 있어서의 폴리바이닐아세탈 100질량부에 대한 가소제의 함유량과 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 합판유리용 중간막. - 차음층이 2층의 보호층 사이에 적층된 합판유리용 중간막으로서,
상기 차음층은, 폴리바이닐아세탈 100질량부에 대하여 가소제를 45~80질량부 함유하고, 상기 보호층은, 폴리바이닐아세탈 100질량부에 대하여 가소제를 20~45질량부 함유하며,
상기 보호층의 적어도 일방의 표면에, 다수의 오목부와 다수의 볼록부를 가지고, 상기 오목부는, 바닥부가 연속된 홈 형상을 가지며, 인접하는 상기 오목부가 평행하게 규칙적으로 병렬되어 있고,
상기 보호층의 다수의 오목부와 다수의 볼록부를 가지는 표면은, JIS B-0601(1994)에 준거하여 측정되는 오목부의 홈 깊이(Rzg)가 10~40μm이고, 또한,
상기 다수의 오목부와 다수의 볼록부를 가지는 표면을 가지는 보호층을 차음층으로부터 박리한 후에, 박리한 보호층의 차음층측 표면을 JIS B 0601(1994)에 준거하여 측정한 10점 평균 거칠기(Rz)가 2.7μm 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 합판유리용 중간막. - 제 1 항, 제 2 항 및 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 합판유리용 중간막이, 한 쌍의 유리판의 사이에 적층되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 합판유리.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 10점 평균 거칠기(Rz)가 2.3μm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 합판유리용 중간막.
