Description
도 2 는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량용 회생제동 시스템의 유압회로도이다.
도 3 은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량용 회생제동 시스템 제어 방법의 순서도이다.
도 4 는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 TVC 제어시 휠 압력이 목표압력을 추종하는 것을 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (9)
- ABS 연계제어, VDC 연계제어 및 TCS 연계제어 중 어느 하나의 수행 조건을 만족하면, 각 휠의 목표압력을 생성하는 단계;
VDC 연계제어 또는 TCS 연계제어로의 진입 여부를 판단하는 단계;
판단 결과, VDC 연계제어 또는 TCS 연계제어이면 제어 휠에 대한 증감압이 형성되도록 상기 제어 휠의 입구측 밸브를 오픈시키는 단계; 및
상기 제어 휠의 휠 압력이 상기 제어 휠의 목표압력을 추종하도록 모터를 제어하여 상기 제어 휠에 대한 증감압 압력제어를 수행하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 제어 휠에 대한 증감압 압력제어를 수행하는 단계는, 스플릿을 통해 제어 휠의 휠 압력을 감지하는 단계; 및 상기 제어 휠의 목표압력과 상기 제어 휠의 휠 압력의 압력차에 대응되는 압력게인을 검출하고, 상기 제어 휠의 휠 압력이 상기 제어 휠의 목표압력을 추종하도록 상기 압력 게인에 따라 상기 모터를 제어하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 압력게인은 각 휠 별로 설정되고, CBS 전체 소요액량에 대한 각 휠의 소요액량의 비율로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 회생제동 시스템 제어 방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제어 휠에 대한 증감압이 형성되도록 밸브를 각각 제어하는 단계는
상기 제어 휠을 제외한 나머지 휠의 입구측 밸브는 클로즈시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 회생제동 시스템 제어 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 VDC 연계제어 또는 상기 TCS 연계제어의 수행 조건이 해제되면,
모든 휠의 입구측 밸브를 오픈시키고 출구측 밸브를 클로즈시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 회생제동 시스템 제어 방법.
- 각 휠의 목표압력을 생성하는 단계;
차량의 거동이 VDC 연계제어 또는 TCS 연계제어의 수행 조건을 만족하면, 제어 휠의 입구측 밸브를 오픈시키는 단계; 및
상기 제어 휠에 상기 목표압력이 형성되도록 모터를 제어하여 상기 제어 휠에 대한 증감압 압력제어를 수행하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 제어 휠에 대한 증감압 압력제어를 수행하는 단계는, 스플릿을 통해 상기 제어 휠의 휠 압력을 감지하는 단계; 및 상기 제어 휠의 목표압력과 상기 제어 휠의 휠 압력의 압력차에 대응되는 압력게인을 검출하고, 상기 제어 휠의 휠 압력이 상기 제어 휠의 목표압력을 추종하도록 상기 압력 게인에 따라 상기 모터를 제어하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 압력게인은 각 휠 별로 설정되고, CBS 전체 소요액량에 대한 각 휠의 소요액량의 비율로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 회생제동 시스템 제어 방법.
