前記ブレーキ操作部の操作量を検出する操作量検出手段と、
前記マスタシリンダとホイールシリンダ間に設けられる遮断弁と、
前記遮断弁の閉指示受信状態において前記遮断弁と前記ホイールシリンダ間に下流液圧を発生させる液圧源と、
前記操作量に基づき前記下流液圧に対応した制御目標値を設定し、前記制御目標値に基づいて前記下流液圧を制御する制御手段とを備えた車両用ブレーキ装置であって、
前記遮断弁は、前記上流液圧と前記下流液圧の差圧が作用する弁体と、前記弁体の上流側に配置される弁座と、前記閉指示受信状態において前記弁体を前記弁座に圧接させる方向に推力を生じさせるコイルと、を有し、
前記制御手段は、
前記上流液圧を検出または推定する上流液圧検出・推定手段と、
前記操作量または前記上流液圧に対応して前記制御目標値を調整することにより前記上流液圧と下流液圧との差圧を規制する規制手段とを備え、
前記規制手段は、
前記上流液圧から、前記下流液圧に対応した前記制御目標値を引いた値である差圧が、所定の制限値よりも大きい場合に、前記制御目標値を増加する方向に調整することを特徴としている。
車輪を駆動可能な電動機による前記車輪に対する回生制動力と、前記液圧源から前記ホイールシリンダへ伝達される前記下流液圧による前記車輪に対する液圧制動力との配分を、前記操作量に基づき決定する制動力配分手段を備え、
前記液圧制動力への配分に基づいて前記制御目標値を設定し、
前記規制手段が前記差圧を規制する際に、前記回生制動力への配分を減少させる再配分をすることが好ましい。
前記遮断弁と前記ホイールシリンダ間に下流液圧を発生させるために駆動する電動アクチュエータを備え、
前記電動アクチュエータは、
モータの推力によりスレーブピストンを駆動させ前記下流液圧を発生させるモータシリンダと、
前記スレーブピストンの作動量を検知する作動量検知手段とを備え、
前記制御手段は、
前記制御目標値と前記作動量の対応関係に基づき前記制御目標値から前記作動量を決定し、前記作動量に基づいて前記下流液圧を前記液圧源に発生させることが好ましい。

Claims (4)
- ブレーキ操作部の操作に対応した上流液圧を発生させるマスタシリンダと、
前記ブレーキ操作部の操作量を検出する操作量検出手段と、
前記マスタシリンダとホイールシリンダ間に設けられる遮断弁と、
前記遮断弁の閉指示受信状態において前記遮断弁と前記ホイールシリンダ間に下流液圧を発生させる液圧源と、
前記操作量に基づき前記下流液圧に対応した制御目標値を設定し、前記制御目標値に基づいて前記下流液圧を制御する制御手段とを備えた車両用ブレーキ装置であって、
前記遮断弁は、前記上流液圧と前記下流液圧の差圧が作用する弁体と、前記弁体の上流側に配置される弁座と、前記閉指示受信状態において前記弁体を前記弁座に圧接させる方向に推力を生じさせるコイルと、を有し、
前記制御手段は、
前記上流液圧を検出または推定する上流液圧検出・推定手段と、
前記操作量または前記上流液圧に対応して前記制御目標値を調整することにより前記上流液圧と下流液圧との差圧を規制する規制手段とを備え、
前記規制手段は、
前記上流液圧から、前記下流液圧に対応した前記制御目標値を引いた値である差圧が、所定の制限値よりも大きい場合に、前記制御目標値を増加する方向に調整することを特徴とする車両用ブレーキ装置。 - 前記制御手段は、
車輪を駆動可能な電動機による前記車輪に対する回生制動力と、前記液圧源から前記ホイールシリンダへ伝達される前記下流液圧による前記車輪に対する液圧制動力との配分を、前記操作量に基づき決定する制動力配分手段を備え、
前記液圧制動力への配分に基づいて前記制御目標値を設定し、
前記規制手段が前記差圧を規制する際に、前記回生制動力への配分を減少させる再配分をすることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の車両用ブレーキ装置。 - 前記液圧源は、
前記遮断弁と前記ホイールシリンダ間に下流液圧を発生させるために駆動する電動アクチュエータを備え、
前記電動アクチュエータは、
モータの推力によりスレーブピストンを駆動させ前記下流液圧を発生させるモータシリンダと、
前記スレーブピストンの作動量を検出する作動量検出手段とを備え、
前記制御手段は、
