Claims (13)
- 하기 일반식 (I) 로 나타내는 반복 단위로 이루어지는 폴리카보네이트 블록 및 하기 일반식 (II) 로 나타내는 반복 단위를 함유하는 폴리오르가노실록산 블록을 갖는 폴리카보네이트-폴리오르가노실록산 공중합체 (A-1) 을 함유하는 폴리카보네이트 수지 (A) 와, 아크릴로니트릴 및 스티렌에서 유래하는 구성 단위를 갖고 또한 메틸메타크릴레이트에서 유래하는 구성 단위를 갖지 않는 공중합체 (B) 와, 부타디엔 및 메틸메타크릴레이트에서 유래하는 구성 단위를 갖는 공중합체 (C) 를 함유하고, 전체 수지 조성물 중의 상기 폴리오르가노실록산 블록 부분의 함유량이 0.70 ∼ 10 질량% 이고, 전체 수지 조성물 중의 상기 부타디엔에서 유래하는 구성 단위의 함유량이 3 ∼ 10 질량% 이고, 또한 UL94 규격에 의한 난연성이 두께 1.5 ㎜ 의 성형체에 있어서 5 V 랭크를 만족시키고, 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물을 두께 4 ㎜ 의 성형체로 했을 때의 온도 23 ℃ 에 있어서의 샤르피 충격 강도가 30 kJ/㎡ 이상인 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물.

[식 중, R1 및 R2 는 각각 독립적으로 할로겐 원자, 탄소수 1 ∼ 6 의 알킬기 또는 탄소수 1 ∼ 6 의 알콕시기를 나타낸다. X 는, 단결합, 탄소수 1 ∼ 8 의 알킬렌기, 탄소수 2 ∼ 8 의 알킬리덴기, 탄소수 5 ∼ 15 의 시클로알킬렌기, 탄소수 5 ∼ 15 의 시클로알킬리덴기, 플루오렌디일기, 탄소수 7 ∼ 15 의 아릴알킬렌기, 탄소수 7 ∼ 15 의 아릴알킬리덴기, -S-, -SO-, -SO2-, -O- 또는 -CO- 를 나타낸다. R3 및 R4 는 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자, 할로겐 원자 또는 탄소수 1 ∼ 6 의 알킬기, 탄소수 1 ∼ 6 의 알콕시기 혹은 탄소수 6 ∼ 12 의 아릴기를 나타낸다. a 및 b 는 각각 독립적으로 0 ∼ 4 의 정수를 나타낸다. n 은 평균 반복수를 나타낸다.] - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리카보네이트 수지 (A) 중의 상기 폴리오르가노실록산 블록 부분의 함유량이 0.75 ∼ 15 질량% 인 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 (B) 성분이 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 3 원 공중합체 (B-1) 을 함유하는 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 (B) 성분이, 추가로 아크릴로니트릴-스티렌 2 원 공중합체 (B-2) 를 함유하는 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 (C) 성분이, 메틸메타크릴레이트-부타디엔-스티렌 3 원 공중합체 및 메틸메타크릴레이트-부타디엔 2 원 공중합체에서 선택되는 1 종 이상을 함유하는 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 (A) 성분 100 질량부에 대하여, 상기 (B-1) 성분의 함유량이 8 ∼ 100 질량부, 상기 (B-2) 성분의 함유량이 25 질량부 이하, 상기 (C) 성분의 함유량이 0.5 ∼ 8 질량부인 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 (B-1) 성분 중의 상기 부타디엔에서 유래하는 구성 단위의 함유량이 8 ∼ 75 질량% 인 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 (B-2) 성분의 온도 200 ℃, 하중 10 ㎏f 로 측정한 멜트 볼륨 레이트 (MVR) 가 3 ∼ 150 ㎤/10 분인 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
추가로 난연제 (D) 를 함유하는 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 (D) 성분이 인계 난연제인 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 인계 난연제가 축합 인산에스테르인 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 (A) 성분 100 질량부에 대하여, 상기 난연제 (D) 의 함유량이 10 ∼ 40 질량부인 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물을 함유하는 성형체.
