Claims (15)
- 적어도 한쪽 표면에 구조 주기가 0.001㎛~1㎛인 분산 구조를 갖는 시트의, 분산 구조를 갖는 면에 무기물층이 적층된 것이고,
상기 무기물 층은, 규소(Si), 알루미늄(Al), 아연(Zn), 티탄(Ti), 지르코늄(Zr), 주석(Sn), 인듐(In), 니오븀(Nb), 몰리브덴(Mo), 탄탈(Ta) 및 팔라듐(Pd)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 원소를, 단체(單體), 탄화물, 산화물, 질화물, 또는 황화물, 혹은 그것들의 혼합물로서 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기물 적층 시트. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 시트는 기재의 적어도 한쪽 면에 구조 주기 0.001㎛~1㎛의 분산 구조를 갖는 하지층이 적층된 시트인 것을 특징으로 하는 무기물 적층 시트. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 분산 구조는 상분리 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 무기물 적층 시트. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 상분리 구조는 공연속 구조 또는 해도 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 무기물 적층 시트. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 시트는 적어도 2종의 수지 성분을 포함하는 폴리머 알로이를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기물 적층 시트. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 무기물 적층 시트에 있어서의 공연속 구조 또는 해도 구조는 적어도 2종의 수지 성분을 스피노달 분해에 의해서 상분리시킴으로써 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 무기물 적층 시트. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머 알로이의 성분에 2관능 이상의 가교 성분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기물 적층 시트. - 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 무기물층은 아연 화합물과 규소 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기물 적층 시트. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 무기물층은 이하의 무기 A층 또는 무기 B층 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 무기물 적층 시트.
무기 A층: 산화아연-이산화규소-산화알루미늄의 공존 상으로 이루어지는 층
무기 B층: 황화아연과 이산화규소의 공존 상으로 이루어지는 층 - 제 1 항에 기재된 무기물 적층 시트의 제조 방법으로서, 시트를 형성하는 공정에 있어서 시트를 구성하는 성분의 상용 상태를 거쳐 상분리 구조를 형성하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기물 적층 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,
전자파 또는 입자선을 이용해서 상분리 구조를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기물 적층 시트의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 무기물 적층 시트, 또는 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항에 기재된 무기물 적층 시트의 제조 방법에 의해 얻은 무기물 적층 시트를 사용하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 디바이스.
