Claims (14)
- 불소 수지계 고분자를 함유하는 제1 및 제2층을 적어도 갖는 복합 다공질 중공사막으로서,
상기 불소 수지계 고분자의 분자쇄의 적어도 일부가 상기 복합 다공질 중공사막의 긴 변 방향으로 배향되어 있으며,
하기 식 (1)에 기초하여 산출되는, 상기 복합 다공질 중공사막의 긴 변 방향에 대한 상기 불소 수지계 고분자의 분자쇄의 배향도 π가 0.4 이상 1.0 미만이고,
상기 제1층은, 상기 복합 다공질 중공사막의 긴 변 방향으로 배향되는 주상 조직을 갖고,
상기 제2층은, 삼차원 그물코 조직을 갖고, 상기 제2층의 표면의 평균 구멍 직경이 5.0nm 이상 5.0㎛ 이하인, 복합 다공질 중공사막.
배향도 π=(180°-H)/180°…(1)
(단, H는 광각 X선 회절상의 원주 방향에 있어서의 회절 강도 분포의 반값폭(°)이다.) - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주상 조직의 짧은 변 길이가 0.5㎛ 이상 3㎛ 이하, 또한 해당 주상 조직의 애스펙트비가 3 이상인, 복합 다공질 중공사막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 주상 조직의 굵기 균일성이 0.60 이상인, 복합 다공질 중공사막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 반값폭 H가, 광각 X선 회절 측정에 의한 폴리불화비닐리덴의 (110)면 유래의 결정 피크(2θ=20.4°)를 원주 방향으로 스캔하여 얻어지는 강도 분포의 반값폭인, 복합 다공질 중공사막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 복합 다공질 중공사막의 긴 변 방향으로 1cm 간격의 측정점에서 광각 X선 회절 측정을 행했을 때에, 80% 이상의 상기 측정점에서 상기 배향도 π가 0.4 이상 1.0 미만인, 복합 다공질 중공사막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 주상 조직에 있어서, 라만 분광법에 의해 얻어지는 라만 배향 파라미터의 평균값 ν가 3.0 이상인, 복합 다공질 중공사막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 불소 수지계 고분자가 폴리불화비닐리덴인, 복합 다공질 중공사막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1층에 있어서의 공극률이 50% 이상 80% 이하인, 복합 다공질 중공사막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 50kPa, 25℃에서의 순수 투과 성능이 0.1m3/m2/hr 이상이고, 파단 강도가 25MPa 이상인, 복합 다공질 중공사막.
- 높이 방향에 있어서의 제1단과 제2단을 갖는 통상 케이스와,
상기 통상 케이스 내에 수용되는 복수의 제1항에 기재된 복합 다공질 중공사막과,
상기 통상 케이스의 중앙으로부터 제2단측 측면에 위치하는 유체의 유출입구와,
상기 통상 케이스의 제1단측 단부면에 위치하는 유체의 유출입구를 구비하고,
상기 복합 다공질 중공사막의 중공부는 상기 제2단측이 개구되고, 상기 제1단측이 폐색되어 있는, 복합 다공질 중공사막 모듈. - 제10항에 기재된 복합 다공질 중공사막 모듈의 운전 방법으로서, 하기 공정 (A) 및 공정 (B)를 동시에 행하는, 복합 다공질 중공사막 모듈의 운전 방법.
(A) 상기 제1단측 단부면에 위치하는 유체의 유출입구로부터 피여과액을 상기 통상 케이스 내에 도입하고, 상기 제2단측 측면에 위치하는 유체의 유출입구로부터 상기 피여과액을 상기 통상 케이스 외로 배출하는 공정
(B) 상기 복합 다공질 중공사막의 중공부로부터, 상기 제2단측으로 여과액을 취출하는 공정 - 제10항에 기재된 복합 다공질 중공사막 모듈의 운전 방법으로서, 하기 공정 (B) 및 공정 (C)를 동시에 행하는, 복합 다공질 중공사막 모듈의 운전 방법.
(B) 상기 복합 다공질 중공사막의 중공부로부터, 상기 제2단측으로 여과액을 취출하는 공정
(C) 상기 제2단측 측면에 위치하는 유체의 유출입구로부터 피여과액을 상기 통상 케이스 내에 도입하고, 상기 제1단측 단부면에 위치하는 유체의 유출입구로부터 상기 피여과액을 상기 통상 케이스 외로 배출하는 공정 - 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 상기 공정 (B) 및 하기 공정 (D)를 반복하여 행하는, 복합 다공질 중공사막 모듈의 운전 방법.
(D) 상기 공정 (B) 후에, 상기 제2단측의 상기 복합 다공질 중공사막의 중공부로부터 상기 복합 다공질 중공사막의 외측으로 유체를 여과하는 공정 - 제13항에 있어서, 상기 공정 (B) 및 상기 공정 (D)를 반복하여 행하고, 하기 공정 (E)를 더 행하는, 복합 다공질 중공사막 모듈의 운전 방법.
(E) 상기 제1단측 단부면에 위치하는 유체의 유출입구로부터 기체를 상기 통상 케이스 내에 도입하고, 상기 제2단측 측면에 위치하는 유체의 유출입구로부터 상기 기체를 상기 통상 케이스 외로 배출하는 공정
