Claims (6)
- 음이온성 작용기를 갖는 변성 폴리프로필렌 수지와 점착부여제를 함유하고, 하기 (1) 및 (2)를 만족하는 자기 유화형 에멀션:
(1) 음이온성 작용기를 갖는 변성 폴리프로필렌 수지가 유화제의 존재 없이 수중에 분산되어 있다.
(2) 음이온성 작용기를 갖는 변성 폴리프로필렌 수지를 포함하는 분산체 입자가 점착부여제를 내포하고 있다. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 점착부여제가 변성 폴리프로필렌 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 5 중량부 이상 80 중량부 이하의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 유화형 에멀션.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 변성 폴리프로필렌 수지 분산체 입자의 Z 평균 입자경이 500 nm 이하인 자기 유화형 에멀션.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재한 자기 유화형 에멀션을 함유하는 접착제 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀계 수지용 접착제인 접착제 조성물.
- 음이온성 작용기를 갖는 변성 폴리프로필렌 수지와 점착부여제를 용제 및 물에 용해시켜, 염기성 물질을 가한 후에, 상기 용제를 제거하는, 유화제의 존재 없이 유화하는 자기 유화형 에멀션의 제조 방법.
