Claims (15)
- 다공성 탄소재; 상기 다공성 탄소재의 표면 상에 형성된 불소계 계면활성제(fluorosurfactant) 코팅층; 및 상기 불소계 계면활성제 코팅층의 표면 상에 형성된 황 코팅층;을 포함하며,
상기 불소계 계면활성제는 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 것인, 황-탄소 복합체:

상기 식에서, m/(m+n)은 0 내지 1의 실수이고(단, m, n은 각각 정수임); R1 은 수소 또는 탄소수 1 내지 18인 알킬기이며; R2 는 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 18인 알킬기 또는 아크릴레이트 폴리머 백본에 대한 결합점(connection point)이고; x는 1 내지 10인 정수이며; a는 1 내지 50인 정수이고; b는 1 내지 100인 정수이고; c는 1 내지 50인 정수임. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 황-탄소 복합체는
상기 다공성 탄소재 9 내지 49 중량%; 불소계 계면활성제 0.1 내지 3 중량%; 및 황 50 내지 90 중량%;를 포함하는, 황-탄소 복합체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 다공성 탄소재는 그라파이트, 그라핀, 카본 블랙, 탄소나노튜브, 탄소 섬유 및 활성탄소로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는, 황-탄소 복합체. - 삭제

상기 황은 무기 황(S8), Li2Sn(n ≥ 1, n은 정수임), 유기 황 화합물 및 탄소-황 폴리머[(C2Sx)n, 2.5 ≤ x ≤ 50, n ≥ 2, x 및 n은 정수임]로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인, 황-탄소 복합체. - (S1) 불소계 계면활성제(fluorosurfactant)를 용매에 용해시켜, 불소계 계면활성제 용액을 제조하는 단계;
(S2) 상기 불소계 계면활성제 용액과 다공성 탄소재를 혼합하여 슬러리를 제조하는 단계;
(S3) 상기 슬러리를 건조시켜 용매를 제거하고 슬러리 분말을 형성하는 단계;
(S4) 상기 슬러리 분말과 황을 혼합하여 혼합물을 형성하는 단계; 및
(S5) 상기 혼합물을 가열하여 황-탄소 복합체를 제조하는 단계;를 포함하되,
상기 불소계 계면활성제는 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 것인, 황-탄소 복합체의 제조방법:

상기 식에서, m/(m+n)은 0 내지 1의 실수이고(단, m, n은 각각 정수임); R1 은 수소 또는 탄소수 1 내지 18인 알킬기이며; R2 는 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 18인 알킬기 또는 아크릴레이트 폴리머 백본에 대한 결합점(connection point)이고; x는 1 내지 10인 정수이며; a는 1 내지 50인 정수이고; b는 1 내지 100인 정수이고; c는 1 내지 50인 정수임. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 (S1) 단계에서, 상기 용매는 메탄올, 에탄올, 1-프로판올, 2-부탄올, 이소부탄올, 3-펜탄올, 도데칸올, 클로로폼, 사염화탄소, 트리클로로에틸렌, 테트라클로로에틸렌, N-메틸-2-피롤리디논(NMP) 및 디메틸포름아미드(DMF)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인, 황-탄소 복합체의 제조방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 불소계 계면활성제 용액의 농도는 고형분 중량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 10 중량%인, 황-탄소 복합체의 제조방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 (S3) 단계에서, 상기 건조는 상기 슬러리를 진공 하에서 교반 또는 교반시키면서 가열하여 실시하는 것인, 황-탄소 복합체의 제조방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 (S5) 단계에서, 상기 가열시 온도는 115 ℃ 이상인, 황-탄소 복합체의 제조방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 및 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 황-탄소 복합체를 포함하는 리튬 이차전지용 양극.
- 제13항의 양극을 포함하는 리튬 이차전지.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 리튬 이차전지는 리튬-황 이차전지인, 리튬 이차전지.
