도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 실외기의 구성을 보여주는 시스템 도면이다.

Claims (10)
- 냉매를 기화시키도록 구비되는 과냉각 열교환기;
냉매를 압축하도록 구비되는 압축기;
상기 과냉각 열교환기와 상기 압축기를 연결시켜 기화상태의 상기 냉매를 상기 압축기로 유입시키는 인젝션유로;
상기 인젝션유로에 구비되어 상기 인젝션유로를 개폐하는 인젝션밸브;
상기 압축기에서 배출되는 냉매와 오일을 분리하는 오일분리기;
상기 오일분리기와 상기 압축기를 연결시켜 상기 오일분리기에서 분리된 상기 오일을 상기 압축기로 회수시키는 회수유로;
일단은 상기 회수유로와 연통되고, 타단은 상기 인젝션밸브보다 후단에서 상기 인젝션유로와 연통되게 구비되어 상기 오일분리기에서 분리된 오일을 상기 압축기로 안내하는 오일인젝션라인;
상기 오일인젝션라인에 구비되어 상기 오일인젝션라인을 개폐하는 오일인젝션밸브 및;
상기 인젝션밸브 및 상기 오일인젝션밸브를 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하고,
상기 제어부는
공기조화기의 운전모드에 기초하여 상기 인젝션밸브 및 상기 오일인젝션밸브 중 어느 하나를 개방하고 다른 하나를 차폐하여 상기 냉매 또는 상기 분리된 오일 중 어느 하나가 상기 압축기로 유입되도록 상기 인젝션밸브 및 상기 오일인젝션밸브를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 삭제

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 공기조화기가 냉방운전인 경우에 상기 오일인젝션밸브를 개방하고, 상기 인젝션밸브를 폐쇄하여 상기 분리된 오일이 상기 압축기에 유입되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 공기조화기가 난방운전인 경우에 상기 오일인젝션밸브를 폐쇄하고, 상기 인젝션밸브를 개방하여 상기 냉매가 상기 압축기로 유입되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 압축기는,
외관을 형성하는 압축기하우징;
상기 압축기하우징의 내부에 구비되어 회전력을 발생시키는 모터;
일단이 상기 모터와 연통되며 회전 가능하게 구비되는 샤프트;
상기 샤프트와 연통되게 구비되어 회전가능하게 구비되며 일면을 향하여 돌출된 적어도 하나 이상의 선회돌출부를 포함하는 선회스크롤;
상기 압축기하우징에 고정되게 구비되며 선회스크롤의 선회돌출부와 적어도 일부가 면접촉하며, 상기 선회돌출부를 향하여 돌출된 고정돌출부를 포함하는 고정스크롤을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 압축기는 상기 압축기의 일면에 구비되며 상기 선회돌출부 및 상기 고정돌출부를 향하여 오일을 유입시키는 오일투입구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 오일투입구는 상기 인젝션유로와 연통되게 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 오일투입구는 상기 오일인젝션라인과 연통되게 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 오일투입구는 상기 인젝션유로 및 상기 오일인젝션라인과 연통되게 구비되기 위하여 적어도 둘 이상 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기.
