Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명에 의한 천연성분의 고흡수성 고분자 섬유원사를 제조하는 방법의 바람직한 일 실시예를 개략적으로 도시한 순서도이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 의한 천연성분의 고흡수성 고분자 섬유원사를 제조하는 방법의 바람직한 실시예 중 또 다른 일 실시예를 개략적으로 도시한 순서도이다.
도 4는 가교제 첨가 없이 KC의 겔화를 유도하여 SAP를 제조하는 경우의 수분흡수능 실험결과이다.
도 5는 KC로 제조된 SAP 입자의 크기에 따른 수분흡수능 실험결과
도 6은 KC로 제조된 SAP의 분쇄 방법에 따른 수분흡수능 실험결과이다.

Claims (11)
- 카파 카라기난 성분을 가지는 코토니(Kappaphycus alvarezii) 원물로 된 원료물질에 증류수를 첨가한 혼합용액을 교반 및 가열함으로써, 상기 혼합용액 중 상기 원료물질의 농도가 4wt% 내지 6wt%인 방사원액으로 만들어, 상기 방사원액을 몰농도가 0.05M 내지 0.5M인 KCl용액에서 방사하여 가교시킨 후, 93%내지 97%의 에탄올 용액에 함침시켜 탈수하고 건조시킨 천연성분의 고흡수성 고분자 섬유원사

- 카파 카라기난 성분을 가지는, 코토니(Kappaphycus alvarezii) 원물로 된 원료물질을 증류수에 수세하여 염분을 제거하고, 건조하는 원물 가공단계;
상기 원료물질에 증류수를 첨가하여 혼합용액으로 만든 후, 상기 혼합용액을 교반시키며 가열하여, 상기 혼합용액 중 상기 원료물질의 농도가 4wt% 내지 5wt%인 방사원액을 만드는 방사원액 제조단계;
몰농도가 0.05M 내지 0.5M인 KCl용액이 담긴 응고조 내에서 상기 방사원액을 습식으로 방사하면서 가교시켜 SAP(Super Absorbent Polymer) 원사를 획득하는 방사단계;
상기 SAP 원사를, 93%내지 97%의 에탄올 용액이 담긴 에탄올 처리조에 함침시켜 이송하면서 수분을 제거하는 탈수단계; 및
상기 탈수단계를 거친 상기 SAP 원사를 건조로 안에서 이송시키며 연신 및 건조시키는 건조단계; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연성분의 고흡수성 고분자 섬유원사 제조방법 - 삭제

상기 방사원액 제조단계에서, 상기 혼합용액에 대한 가열은 18분 내지 22분동안 90℃ 이상이 유지되도록 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연성분의 고흡수성 고분자 섬유원사 제조방법 - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 방사단계에서, 상기 방사원액의 온도를 80℃이상으로 유지하면서 방사하며, 상기 KCl용액은 15℃ 내지 25℃를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연성분의 고흡수성 고분자 섬유원사 제조방법 - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 방사단계에서, 상기 SAP 원사의 직경이 500㎛ 내지 800㎛가 되도록 방사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연성분의 고흡수성 고분자 섬유원사 제조방법
