Claims (5)
- 알긴산 나트륨 용액을 방사원액으로 하여 염화칼슘을 포함하는 응고욕에 방사하는 단계,
상기 응고욕에서 응고된 알지네이트 섬유를 수세하는 단계,
상기 수세 후 Na이온 치환을 위해 NaCl 0.5~3% (ows)를 함유한 욕조 , Na2SO4 0.5~3% (ows)를 함유한 욕조 및 HCl/Na2SO4 0.5~3% (ows)를 함유한 욕조 중 어느 한 욕조에 연속 침지하는 단계,
상기 수세된 알지네이트 섬유를 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 겔화특성이 우수한 마스크팩재용 알지네이트 섬유의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 알긴산 나트륨 용액내의 글루론산(G)과 만우론산(M) 구성비인 M/G 비율 은 0.5~0.7인 것을 특징으로 하는 겔화특성이 우수한 마스크팩재용 알지네이트 섬유의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 알지네이트 섬유의 건조단계이후에 크림프 개수가 5~10개/인치가 되도록 추가로 크림핑하는 것을 특징으로 하는 겔화특성이 우수한 마스크팩재용 알지네이트 섬유의 제조방법. - 알지네이트 섬유에 있어서,
알지네이트 섬유내의 Ca 이온함량이 70,000~89,000ppm, Na 이온함량이 10,000~25,000ppm인 것을 특징으로 하는 겔화특성이 우수한 마스크팩재용 알지네이트 섬유. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 알지네이트 섬유는 섬유의 크림프 개수가 5~10개/인치인 것을 특징으로 하는 겔화특성이 우수한 마스크팩재용 알지네이트 섬유.
