Claims (14)
- 나노 섬유의 가교물인 흡수성 나노 섬유 웹; 및
상기 흡수성 나노 섬유 웹 상에 담지 및 가교된 흡습성 수지;를 포함하며,
상기 나노 섬유는 가교시 흡습성을 보이는 수용성 고분자를 포함하는 방사용액이 방사된 것이고,
상기 흡수성 나노 섬유 웹은 물에 대해 불용해성을 갖는 고흡수성 나노섬유 웹 복합체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 흡수성 나노 섬유 웹은 복수 개의 기공을 포함하고,
상기 기공에 담지된 상기 흡습성 수지를 더 포함하는 고흡수성 나노 섬유 웹 복합체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가교시 흡습성을 보이는 수용성 고분자는 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스(Carboxymethyl cellulose, CMC), 폴리아크릴 산(Polyacrylic acid, PAA), 부분 중화된 폴리아크릴 산 및 폴리아크릴아마이드(polyacrylamide)으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 고흡수성 나노 섬유 웹 복합체. - 제1항에 있어서,

상기 방사용액은 가교시 흡습성을 보이는 수용성 고분자; 가교제 및 섬유형성능 수용성 고분자를 포함하는 고흡수성 나노 섬유 웹 복합체. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 나노 섬유는 상기 섬유형성능 수용성 고분자, 가교시 흡습성을 보이는 수용성 고분자 및 가교제를 각각 0.1~1: 3.5~4.5: 0.5~2 중량비율로 포함하는 고흡수성 나노 섬유 웹 복합체. - 제4항에 있어서
상기 가교제는 상기 가교시 흡습성을 보이는 수용성 고분자와 화학적 가교반응을 일으킬 수 있는 물질이고,
상기 가교제는 구연산(citric acid), 무수 말레익 산(Maleic anhydride), 폴리비닐알콜(Polyvinyl alchol), 폴리아크릴아마이드(polyacrylamide) 및 메틸렌비스마크릴아미드(Methylenebisacrylamide)로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 고흡수성 나노 섬유 웹 복합체. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 섬유형성능 수용성 고분자는 폴리에틸렌옥사이드, 폴리비닐알콜 및 폴리아크릴 산으로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 고흡수성 나노 섬유 웹 복합체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 흡습성 수지는 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스(Carboxymethyl cellulose, CMC), 폴리아크릴 산(Polyacrylic acid, PAA), 부분 중화된 폴리아크릴 산 및 폴리아크릴아마이드(polyacrylamide)에서 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 고흡수성 나노 섬유 웹 복합체. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서
상기 나노 섬유는 50 nm 내지 5 μm의 평균 직경을 갖는 고흡수성 나노 섬유 웹 복합체. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 고흡수성 나노 섬유 웹 복합체는 1,000 % 내지 20,000% 범위의 수분 함유량을 갖는 고흡수성 나노 섬유 웹 복합체. - 가교시 흡습성을 보이는 수용성 고분자를 포함하는 제조 용액을 제조하는 단계;
상기 제조 용액을 방사용액으로 이용하는 전기방사(Electrospinning) 공정을 통해 평균직경이 50 nm ~ 5 μm인 나노 섬유를 형성하는 단계;
가열에 의한 가교 공정, 화학적 가교 공정 및 전자적 가교 공정으로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택된 하나 이상의 가교 공정을 통해 상기 나노 섬유를 가교시켜 흡수성 나노 섬유 웹을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 흡수성 나노 섬유 웹을 흡습성 수지 용액에 함침하여 상기 흡수성 나노 섬유 웹에 흡습성 수지를 담지시킨 후, 전자선 혹은 열에 의해 가교화시켜 고흡수성 나노 섬유 웹 복합체를 제조하는 단계;를 포함하며,
상기 흡수성 나노 섬유 웹은 물에 대해 불용해성을 갖는 고흡수성 나노 섬유 웹 복합체의 제조 방법. - 제13항에 있어서,
상기 가교 공정시 상기 나노 섬유는 50~150℃의 온도 조건 하에서 가열되어 가교되는 것인 고흡수성 나노 섬유 웹 복합체의 제조 방법.
