Abstract
따라서, 본 발명의 하나의 요지는, 유리, 금속 또는 열가소성 수지로 제조된 경질 기판 및 실리콘 엘라스토머로 구성되며, 양호한 기계적 특성, 및 상기 기판과 실리콘 엘라스토머의 두 부분 사이에 고체 연결이 있도록 양호한 접착성을 갖는, 복합 물품의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 복합 물품은 전기 및 전자 장비, 자동차 및 의료 장비와 같은 매우 다양한 분야에서 사용되며, 이들은, 예를 들어 가전 제품, 소비재, 의료 장비 및 스포츠 및 레저 용품에서 발견할 수 있다.
Description
Claims (15)
- 하기의 단계를 포함하는 복합 물품 CA 의 제조 방법:
a) 다음을 포함하는 중부가-가교 실리콘 조성물 C 를 금속, 유리 또는 열가소성 수지 경질 기판 S 에 적용하는 단계:
(A) 2 개의 상이한 규소 원자에 결합된, 분자 당 2 개 이상의 C2-C6 알케닐기를 포함하는 하나 이상의 유기 폴리실록산 A,
(B) 하나 이상의 유기 하이드로게노폴리실록산 수지 B,
(C) 하기 화학식을 갖는 실록실 단위 (I.1) 내지 (I.3) 을 포함하며, 하기 화학식 (I.4) 의 임의의 단위는 포함하지 않는 선형 유기 폴리실록산인 하나 이상의 첨가제 X:
(식 중:
- a = 1 및 b = 1 또는 2 이고,
- d = 1 및 e = 1 또는 2 이고,
- 기호 Y 는 2 내지 20 개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 탄화수소계 기, 및 하나 이상의 헤테로원자 또는 산소 원자를 임의로 가지는 에폭시 관능기를 포함하는 라디칼을 나타내거나; 기호 Y 는 알킬 글리시딜 에테르, 선형, 분지형 또는 시클릭 에폭시알킬, 선형, 분지형 또는 시클릭 에폭시알케닐 및 카르복실산 글리시딜 에스테르로 구성된 라디칼에서 선택되고,
- 동일할 수 있거나 또는 상이할 수 있는 기호 Z1, Z2 및 Z3 는 1 내지 30 개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는, 1 내지 8 개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 알킬기 및 6 내지 12 개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 아릴기로 구성된 군에서 선택되거나, 메틸, 에틸 및 프로필기로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1 가 탄화수소계 기를 나타냄),
이때, 하기의 조건을 가진다:
- 첨가제 X 는 분자 당, 에폭시 관능성 탄화수소계 기를 가지는 하나 이상의 실록실 단위 (I.1), 하이드로게노실록실기를 가지는 3 개 이상의 실록실 단위 (I.3), 및 7 내지 30 의 실록실 단위 N 의 총수를 포함함,
(D) 하나 이상의 보강 충전제 D,
(E) 하나 이상의 유기 티탄 화합물 M,
(F) 하나 이상의 중부가 촉매 F, 또는 백금 족에 속하는 하나 이상의 금속의 화합물, 및
(G) 임의로 저해제 G, 및
상기 조성물 C 의 다양한 구성 성분의 양은 [≡SiH] / [≡Si알케닐] 몰비가 1.5 내지 3.6 이 되도록 함,
- [≡SiH] = 규소에 결합된 수소 원자를 포함하는 실록실 단위의 총 몰수, 및
- [≡Si알케닐] = 규소에 결합된 알케닐 라디칼을 포함하는 실록실 단위의 총 몰수, 및
b) 상기 실리콘 조성물 C 를 40 내지 250 ℃, 또는 100 내지 220 ℃ 의 온도로 가열하여 가교시킴으로써, 상기 경질 기판 S 에 대해 양호한 접착성을 갖는 실리콘 엘라스토머 E 를 포함하는 복합 물품 CA 를 수득하는 단계. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 실리콘 조성물 C 에서의 에폭시 관능기의 농도가 조성물 C 100 g 당 0.20 내지 5 mmol 인 복합 물품 CA 의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 실리콘 조성물 C 에서의 유기 티탄 화합물 M 의 함량이 조성물 C 100 중량부 당 0.005 내지 0.35 중량부인 복합 물품 CA 의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 보강 충전제 D 가 BET 방법에 따라서 측정되는 100 내지 400 ㎡/g 의 비표면적을 갖는 발연 실리카인 복합 물품 CA 의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계 a) 및 b) 가 사출 성형기에서 수행되는 복합 물품 CA 의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 경질 기판 S 가 성형된 열가소성 수지 부품인 복합 물품 CA 의 제조 방법.
- 유리, 금속 또는 열가소성 수지 경질 기판 S, 및 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의한 바와 같은 실리콘 조성물 C 를 가교시킴으로써 수득되는 실리콘 엘라스토머 E 를 포함하는 복합 물품 CA.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 기판 S 가 열가소성 수지로 제조되며, 성형에 의해 수득되는 복합 물품 CA.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 사출 성형기로 제조되는 복합 물품 CA.
- 다음을 포함하는 중부가-가교 실리콘 조성물 C:
(A) 2 개의 상이한 규소 원자에 결합된, 분자 당 2 개 이상의 C2-C6 알케닐기를 포함하는 하나 이상의 유기 폴리실록산 A,
(B) 하나 이상의 유기 하이드로게노폴리실록산 수지 B
(C) 하기 화학식을 갖는 실록실 단위 (I.1) 내지 (I.3) 을 포함하며, 하기 화학식 (I.4) 의 임의의 단위는 포함하지 않는 선형 유기 폴리실록산인 하나 이상의 첨가제 X:

- 동일할 수 있거나 또는 상이할 수 있는 기호 Z1, Z2 및 Z3 는 1 내지 30 개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는, 1 내지 8 개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 알킬기 및 6 내지 12 개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 아릴기로 구성된 군에서 선택되거나, 메틸, 에틸 및 프로필기로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1 가 탄화수소계 기를 나타냄),
이때, 하기의 조건을 가진다:

- 0.1 내지 2.5 중량부의 유기 하이드로게노폴리실록산 수지 B
- 0.4 내지 2 중량부의 첨가제 X 및
- 0.005 내지 0.35 중량부의 유기 티탄 화합물 M. - 제 10 항에 있어서, 조성물 C 100 중량부 당, 다음을 포함하는 중부가-가교 실리콘 조성물 C:
- 55 내지 80 중량부의 유기 폴리실록산 A
- 0.3 내지 2.2 중량부의 유기 하이드로게노폴리실록산 수지 B
- 0.4 내지 2 중량부의 첨가제 X 및
- 0.03 내지 0.25 중량부의 유기 티탄 화합물 M
- 20 내지 40 중량부의 보강 충전제 D
- 0.002 내지 0.01 중량부의 백금 및
- 0 내지 0.1 중량부의 저해제 G. - 조성물 C 를 형성하기 위해서 혼합되는 것으로 의도되는 2 개의 별개의 부분 C1 및 C2 에서, 이들 부분의 하나는 촉매 F 를 함유하는 반면, 다른 부분은 수지 B 및 첨가제 X 를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제 10 항에 따른 조성물 C 의 전구체인 2-성분 시스템.
- 제 10 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 실리콘 조성물 C 를 가교시킴으로써 수득되는 실리콘 엘라스토머 E.
- 제 10 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 캐스트 성형, 트랜스퍼 성형, 사출 성형, 압출 성형 또는 압축 성형에서 사용되는 중부가-가교 실리콘 조성물 C.
