Claims (9)
- (S1) 산침출조에서 폐 전극재 산화물 파우더를 산으로 침출하여 여과하는 단계;
(S2) 상기 (S1) 단계에서 분리된 여과액을 선택적 가수분해를 하여 금속성 불순물을 분리하는 단계;
(S3) 상기 (S2) 단계에서 분리된 여과액에 산화제를 혼합하고, 상기 산화제가 혼합된 용액을 침전시켜 망간(Mn)을 분리하는 단계;
(S4) 상기 (S3) 단계에서 분리된 여과액을 가수분해하여 리튬을 분리하고, 제1 케이크는 수득하며, 상등액을 분리하는 단계;
(S5) 상기 (S4) 단계의 상기 상등액에 대하여 필터프레스(Filter Press, F/P) 공정을 수행하여, 상기 상등액 내에 미분으로 잔존하는 니켈(Ni), 코발트(Co) 및 망간(Mn)을 포함하는 제2 케이크를 수득한 후, 상기 제2 케이크는 상기 (S1) 단계의 상기 산침출조로 투입하는 단계; 및
(S6) 상기 (S4) 단계의 상기 제1 케이크를 산으로 침출하고 여과하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 (S5) 단계에서, 상기 필터프레스 공정은, 상기 상등액에 중금속 처리제를 투입하여, 상기 상등액 내에 미분으로 잔존하는 니켈(Ni), 코발트(Co) 및 망간(Mn)을 침전시킨 후, 침전 결과물의 필터프레스 여과를 통하여, 니켈(Ni), 코발트(Co) 및 망간(Mn)을 추가로 회수하는 것인, 폐 전극재를 재생하여 니켈(Ni)-코발트(Co)-망간(Mn) 복합 황산염 용액을 제조하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (S1) 단계에서, 염산 존재 하에 환원제로서 과산화수소를 상기 산침출조에 투입하여 75 ℃ 내지 85 ℃에서 180 분 내지 300 분 동안 침출하는 공정을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폐 전극재를 재생하여 니켈(Ni)-코발트(Co)-망간(Mn) 복합 황산염 용액을 제조하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (S2) 단계는, 탄산나트륨(Na2CO3)의 함량이 탄산나트륨 수용액 전체 중량을 기준으로 10 중량% 내지 25 중량%인 탄산나트륨 수용액을, 상기 (S1) 단계에서 분리된 상기 여과액과 혼합하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폐 전극재를 재생하여 니켈(Ni)-코발트(Co)-망간(Mn) 복합 황산염 용액을 제조하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (S3) 단계는, 상기 (S2) 단계에서 분리된 여과액의 pH를 0.15 내지 1.50으로 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폐 전극재를 재생하여 니켈(Ni)-코발트(Co)-망간(Mn) 복합 황산염 용액을 제조하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (S3) 단계에서, 상기 산화제는 과망간산염이고, 상기 산화제는, 상기 (S2) 단계에서 분리된 상기 여과액 중에 포함된 망간의 몰수 대비 0.3 배 내지 0.7 배의 몰수가 되도록 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폐 전극재를 재생하여 니켈(Ni)-코발트(Co)-망간(Mn) 복합 황산염 용액을 제조하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (S4) 단계는, 탄산나트륨(Na2CO3)의 함량이 탄산나트륨 수용액 전체 중량을 기준으로 10 중량% 내지 25 중량%인 탄산나트륨 수용액을, 상기 (S3) 단계에서 분리된 상기 여과액과 혼합하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폐 전극재를 재생하여 니켈(Ni)-코발트(Co)-망간(Mn) 복합 황산염 용액을 제조하는 방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (S6) 단계는, 상기 제1 케이크가 위치하는 반응조에 황산용액을 투입하여 50 ℃ 내지 85 ℃에서 300분 내지 500분 동안 침출하는 공정을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폐 전극재를 재생하여 니켈(Ni)-코발트(Co)-망간(Mn) 복합 황산염 용액을 제조하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 니켈(Ni)-코발트(Co)-망간(Mn) 복합 황산염 용액은, N, C, M의 몰비가 8:1:1 조성을 갖는 양극재의 전구체인 것을 특징으로 하는, 폐 전극재를 재생하여 니켈(Ni)-코발트(Co)-망간(Mn) 복합 황산염 용액을 제조하는 방법.
