Claims (18)
- 부틸 고무 이오노머, 상기 부틸 고무 이오노머와 공경화성인 적어도 1종의 비-부틸 고무 엘라스토머 및 충전제의 경화 블렌드를 포함하는 엘라스토머 컴파운드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공경화성 비-부틸 고무 엘라스토머가 1개 이상의 불포화 단위를 포함하는 것인 엘라스토머 컴파운드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공경화성 비-부틸 고무 엘라스토머가 이소부틸렌-메틸스티렌 공중합체, 에틸렌 프로필렌 고무, 에틸렌 프로필렌 디엔 단량체 고무, 부타디엔 고무, 용액 스티렌 부타디엔 고무, 에멀젼 스티렌 부타디엔 고무, 아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 고무, 수소화 아크릴로니트릴 부타디엔 고무, 천연 고무, 에폭시화 천연 고무, 폴리우레탄, 폴리이소프렌 고무, 폴리아크릴, 폴리아크릴레이트, 클로로프렌, 클로로술포닐폴리에틸렌, 클로로술폰화폴리에틸렌, 에틸렌 아크릴, 열가소성 폴리에스테르 우레탄, 열가소성 폴리에테르 우레탄, 에피클로로히드린, 플루오로에틸렌 프로필렌-퍼플루오로알콕시, 테트라플루오로에틸렌/프로필렌, 퍼플루오로엘라스토머, 플루오로엘라스토머 또는 플루오로카본, 플루오로실리콘, 실리콘, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 에틸렌 비닐아세테이트 고무, 에틸렌 아크릴레이트 고무, 폴리우레탄 고무, 폴리이소부틸렌, 염소화 폴리에틸렌, 폴리노르보르넨 고무, 폴리술피드 고무 또는 그의 혼합물을 포함하는 것인 엘라스토머 컴파운드.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 1종이 비-부틸 고무 엘라스토머인 2종의 공경화성 엘라스토머를 포함하는 엘라스토머 컴파운드.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부틸 고무 이오노머가 1-50 phr의 양으로 존재하는 것인 엘라스토머 컴파운드.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부틸 고무 이오노머가 인계 또는 질소계 이온성 모이어티를 포함하는 것인 엘라스토머 컴파운드.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 충전제가 카본 블랙, 광물 충전제 또는 그의 혼합물을 포함하는 것인 엘라스토머 컴파운드.
- 제7항에 있어서, 광물 충전제가 실리카 또는 고종횡비 충전제를 포함하는 것인 엘라스토머 컴파운드.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, ASTM D 813에 의해 측정 시에 공경화성 비-부틸 고무 엘라스토머 및 충전제를 포함하지만 부틸 고무 이오노머를 포함하지 않는 경화 블렌드의 균열 성장 저항보다 1.2배 초과로 더 큰 균열 성장 저항을 갖는 엘라스토머 컴파운드.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 70 Hz에서의 tan d에 의해 측정 시에 공경화성 비-부틸 고무 엘라스토머 및 충전제를 포함하지만 부틸 고무 이오노머를 포함하지 않는 경화 블렌드의 감쇠보다 적어도 1.1배 더 큰 감쇠를 갖는 엘라스토머 컴파운드.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공경화성 비-부틸 고무 엘라스토머 및 충전제를 포함하지만 부틸 고무 이오노머를 포함하지 않는 경화 블렌드의 견인보다 적어도 1.1배 더 큰 견인을 갖는 엘라스토머 컴파운드.
- 부틸 고무 이오노머, 상기 부틸 고무 이오노머와 공경화성인 적어도 1종의 비-부틸 고무 엘라스토머 및 충전제를 블렌딩하고; 블렌드를 경화시키는 것을 포함하는, 엘라스토머 컴파운드를 제조하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 블렌드를 황계 경화 시스템, 퍼옥시드계 경화 시스템 또는 수지계 경화 시스템으로 경화시키는 것인 방법.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 부틸 고무 이오노머를 50 phr 미만의 양으로 블렌딩하는 것인 방법.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 부틸 고무 이오노머가 인계 또는 질소계 이온성 모이어티를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 충전제가 카본 블랙, 광물 충전제 또는 그의 혼합물을 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 바와 같은 엘라스토머 컴파운드를 포함하는 제조 물품.
- 제17항에 있어서, 벨트, 호스, 신발 밑창, 가스켓, o-링, 와이어, 케이블, 내부 튜브, 막, 롤러, 블래더, 타이어의 내부 라이너, 타이어 트레드, 충격 흡수제, 기계 마운팅, 벌룬, 공, 골프 공, 보호 의류, 의료용 튜빙, 저장 탱크 라이닝, 전기 절연, 베어링, 제약용 스토퍼, 접착제, 실란트, 용기, 용기 클로져 또는 뚜껑, 밀봉재, 물질 취급 장치, 냉각 탑, 금속 작업 장치, 금속 작업 유체와 접촉하는 장치 또는 엔진 부품인 제조 물품.
