Abstract
Description
Claims (39)
- a) 할로겐화 이소올레핀 공중합체; 및
b) 펜던트 비닐 기를 갖지 않는 제1 친핵체, 및 적어도 하나의 펜던트 비닐 기를 포함한 제2 친핵체
사이의 반응의 반응 생성물을 포함하며,
제1 친핵체 대 제2 친핵체의 중량비가 4:1 내지 100:1이고, 반응 혼합물 중의 2 가지 친핵체의 총량이 5 phr 미만인 이오노머. - 제1항에 있어서, 제1 친핵체 대 제2 친핵체의 중량비가 4:1 내지 50:1인 이오노머.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물 중의 2가지 친핵체의 총량이 1 내지 4 phr인 이오노머.
- 제1항에 있어서, 할로겐화 이소올레핀 공중합체가 적어도 하나의 이소올레핀 단량체로부터 유래된 반복 단위, 및 하나 이상의 다중올레핀 단량체로부터 유래된 반복 단위를 포함하는 것인 이오노머.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 다중올레핀 단량체로부터 유래된 상기 반복 단위 중 하나 이상이 알릴 할로겐 모이어티를 포함하는 것인 이오노머.
- 제4항에 있어서, 공-단량체로부터 유래된 반복 단위를 추가로 포함하는 이오노머.
- 제6항에 있어서, 공-단량체가 C1-C4 또는 할로겐 치환된 스티렌인 이오노머.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 다중올레핀 단량체가 C4-C14 공액 디올레핀으로부터 선택되는 것인 이오노머.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 다중올레핀 단량체가 이소프렌인 이오노머.
- 제4항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 이소올레핀 단량체가 C4 내지 C8 이소올레핀 단량체를 포함하는 것인 이오노머.
- 제10항에 있어서, 이소올레핀 단량체가 이소부틸렌을 포함하는 것인 이오노머.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 할로겐화 이소올레핀 공중합체가 할로부틸 고무를 포함하는 것인 이오노머.
- 제1항에 있어서, 펜던트 비닐 기를 포함하지 않는 친핵체가 트리메틸포스핀, 트리에틸포스핀, 트리이소프로필포스핀, 트리-n-부틸포스핀, 트리페닐포스핀 또는 이들의 혼합물인 이오노머.
- 제13항에 있어서, 펜던트 비닐 기를 포함하지 않는 친핵체가 트리에틸포스핀인 이오노머.
- 제1항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 펜던트 비닐 기를 포함하는 친핵체가 디페닐포스피노스티렌, 알릴디페닐포스핀, 디알릴페닐포스핀, 디페닐비닐포스핀, 트리알릴포스핀, 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 이오노머.
- 제1항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 펜던트 비닐 기를 포함하는 친핵체가 디페닐포스피노스티렌인 이오노머.
- a) 할로겐화 이소올레핀 공중합체를 제공하는 단계;
b) 펜던트 비닐 기를 갖지 않는 친핵체 및 적어도 하나의 펜던트 비닐 기를 포함한 친핵체를 제공하는 단계; 및
c) 상기 할로겐화 이소올레핀 공중합체의 할로겐 모이어티를 친핵체와 반응시켜 이오노머를 형성하는 단계
를 포함하며,
제1 친핵체 대 제2 친핵체의 중량비가 4:1 내지 100:1이고, 반응 혼합물 중의 2 가지 친핵체의 총량이 5 phr 미만인, 이오노머의 제조 방법. - 제17항에 있어서, 공중합체를 제1 친핵체와, 이어서 제2 친핵체와 순차적으로 반응시키는 것인 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 공중합체와 제1 및 제2 친핵체 사이의 반응을 상이한 조건에서 수행하는 것인 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 공중합체와 제1 및 제2 친핵체 사이의 반응을 상이한 온도에서 수행하는 것인 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 공중합체와 제1 친핵체 사이의 반응을 130℃의 온도에서, 10 분 동안 수행하는 것인 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 할로겐화 이소올레핀 공중합체와 제2 친핵체 사이의 반응을 90℃의 온도에서, 35 분 동안 수행하는 것인 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 할로겐화 이소올레핀 공중합체가 적어도 하나의 이소올레핀 단량체로부터 유래된 반복 단위, 및 하나 이상의 다중올레핀 단량체로부터 유래된 반복 단위를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제23항에 있어서, 할로겐화 이소올레핀 공중합체가 공-단량체로부터 유래된 반복 단위를 추가로 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제24항에 있어서, 공-단량체가 C1-C4 또는 할로겐 치환된 스티렌인 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 할로겐화 이소올레핀 공중합체가 할로부틸 고무를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 펜던트 비닐 기를 포함하지 않는 친핵체가 트리메틸포스핀, 트리에틸포스핀, 트리이소프로필포스핀, 트리-n-부틸포스핀, 트리페닐포스핀 또는 이들의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 펜던트 비닐 기를 포함하는 친핵체가 디페닐포스피노스티렌 (DPPS), 알릴디페닐포스핀, 디알릴페닐포스핀, 디페닐비닐포스핀, 트리알릴포스핀, 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
