Claims (23)
- 순차적으로 언급되는 구성을 포함하는 복합체에 있어서,
표면을 형성하고 1-20[㎛]의 층 두께를 갖는 UV 큐어링 커버층(1),
착색제를 포함하는 하부 중간층(3-1),
열 가소성 폴리머, 열 가소성 폴리머의 혼합물 및 착색제 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 기판층(3),을 포함하고,
a) prEN 16094(2010년 5월 15일 기준 "라미네이트 플로어 커버링 - 마이크로 스크래치 저항성의 결정을 위한 테스트 방법")을 따라 측정된 마이크로-스크래치 저항성 테스트를 따라 최대 30%의 광택 손실,
b) 1시간의 테스트 기간 동안 테스트 액체로 아세톤을 사용하여 DIN EN 12720(2009년 7월 기준: "가구 - 차가운 액체에 대한 표면 저항성의 평가")에 따라 측정된 화학적 저항성 테스트에서 3 이상의 수치적 평가,
c) 20˚의 관측 각도에서 ISOs(1999년 6월 1일 기준 : "코팅 물질 - 20˚, 60˚ 및 85˚에서 코팅의 반사계 값의 결정")에 따라 측정된 적어도 80 GLE의 광택,
d) ISO 13803(2004년 9월 1일 기준 : "코팅 물질 - 20˚에서 코팅의 헤이즈의 결정")에 따라 측정된 최대 20의 헤이즈
를 특징으로 하는 복합체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 커버층(1)의 하부에 배열된 상부 중간층(2)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
열 가소성 폴리머 또는 열 가소성 폴리머의 혼합물을 포함하는 후면 커버(3-2)를 포함하고, 상기 후면 커버(3-2)는 상기 기판층(3)의 하부에 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
접착 촉진층(4)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트(polymethyl methacrylate), 충격 저항성 변성 폴리메틸 메타크릴레이트(impact-resistence-modified polymethyl methacrylate) 또는 그 조합으로 형성된 상부 중간층을 특징으로 하는 복합체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 기판층은 ABS 또는 PET를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 하부 중간층(3-1)은 상기 기판층(3)과 동일한 폴리머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 하부 중간층(3-1)은 PETG, 상기 기판층(3)은 PET 또는 PETG 및 상기 후면 커버(3-2)는 PETG를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 커버층(1) 또는 상부 중간층(2)은 UV 흡수제 및 UV 안정제를 0.01 내지 5%의 무게비로 갖는 복합체. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 상부 중간층(2) 및 커버층(1) 중 적어도 어느 하나는 착색제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 후면 커버(3-2)는 착색제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 상부 중간층(2)은 복합체에 대해 ISO 13468-2(1999년 기준)에 따라 착색되지 않은 테스트 바디로 측정된 전체 파장 범위 380[nm] 내지 780[nm]에서 적어도 80%의 여광도를 위해 선택된 층 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 후면 커버(3-2)는 소광제, 접착 촉진제, 대전 방지제 및 그 혼합으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 첨가제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
prEN 16094(2010년 5월 15일 기준 "라미네이트 플로어 커버링 - 마이크로 스크래치 저항성의 결정을 위한 테스트 방법")을 따라 측정된 마이크로-스크래치 저항성 테스트를 따라 최대 20%의 광택 손실을 특징으로 하는 복합체. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 하부 중간층(3-1)은 UV 저항성을 개선하기 위해 첨가제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 커버층(1)을 형성하고 솔벤트가 없는 상기 UV 큐어링 표면 코팅 물질은 UV 투명 전이 매개체에 적용되고, 상기 UV 큐어링 표면 코팅 물질은 상기 하부 중간층(3-1) 상에 상기 전이 매개체로 가압되어 그 결과 UV 조사에 대해 상기 표면 코팅 물질의 노출에 의해 큐어링되고, 상기 UV 조사는 상기 UV 투명 전이 매개체를 통해 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 커버층(1)을 형성하고 솔벤트가 없는 상기 UV 큐어링 표면 코팅 물질은 UV 투명 전이 매개체에 적용되고, 상기 UV 큐어링 표면 코팅 물질은 상기 상부 중간층(2) 상에 가압되어 그 결과 UV 조사에 대해 상기 표면 코팅 물질의 노출에 의해 큐어링되고, 상기 UV 조사는 상기 UV 투명 전이 매개체를 통해 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체. - 제 17 항에 있어서,
상기 UV 조사는 압력의 동시 적용으로 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체. - 제 17 항에 있어서,
상기 UV 조사는 여러 단계에 의해 구현되고, 적어도 첫 번째 조사는 상기 전이 매개체를 통해 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체. - 제 17 항에 있어서,
보호층이 UV 조사에 따라 상기 커버층(1)에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 복합체를 포함하는 가구 필름.
