- 제1면과 상기 제1면의 반대쪽에 형성된 제2면을 포함하는 모재와;
상기 제1면에 형성되는 고체윤활코팅층; 및
상기 제2면에 형성되는 탄성코팅층;을 포함하고,
상기 고체윤활코팅층은,
바인더 10 ~ 35중량%, 고체윤활제 10 ~ 20중량%, 첨가제 0.5 ~ 5중량% 및 잔량의 용제를 포함하며,
상기 첨가제는 Al2O3 및 TiO2를 포함하고,
상기 탄성코팅층은,
5 ~ 60중량%의 클로로프렌의 중합체로 이루어진 탄성코팅액을 상기 제2면에 코팅된 후 130 ~ 170℃의 온도로 건조함으로써 형성되는 클로로프렌 중합체 고무를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품. - 삭제

상기 고체윤활제는,
폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품. - 제5항 또는 제7항에 있어서,
상기 고체윤활코팅층은,
코팅경도가 9H 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품. - 삭제
- 제1면과 상기 제1면의 반대쪽에 형성된 제2면을 포함하는 모재를 준비하는 단계와;
상기 제1면에 고체윤활코팅층을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 제2면에 탄성코팅층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 고체윤활코팅층을 형성하는 단계는,
상기 제1면에 바인더 10 ~ 35중량%, 고체윤활제 10 ~ 20중량%, 첨가제 Al2O3 및 TiO2 0.5 ~ 5중량% 및 잔량의 용제를 포함하는 고체윤활코팅액을 코팅하는 단계; 및
190 ~ 250℃에서 상기 고체윤활코팅액을 건조하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 탄성코팅층을 형성하는 단계는,
5 ~ 60중량%의 클로로프렌의 중합체로 이루어진 탄성코팅액을 코팅하는 단계; 및
130 ~ 170℃에서 상기 탄성코팅액을 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품의 제조방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 고체윤활제는,
폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품의 제조방법.
