Claims (11)
- 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(PTFE) 또는 테트라플로오로에틸렌-퍼플루오로알킬비닐에테르 공중합체, 테트라플루오로에틸렌-헥사플루오로프로필렌 공중합체, 테트라플루오로에틸렌-에틸렌 공중합체, 폴리클로로트리플루오로에틸렌, 클로로트리플루오로에틸렌-에틸렌 공중합체로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 불소계 탄화수소 화합물 5~12 중량%, 폴리아미드이미드(PAI) 8~18 중량%, 카본블랙 1.5~5 중량%, 실리콘카바이드 0.5~1.0 중량%, 폴리에테르 변성 폴리디메틸실록산 0.3~0.5중량%와; N-메틸피롤리돈(NMP) 15~50 중량%, 메틸이소부틸케톤(MIBK) 15~20 중량%, 석유계 혼합용제 5~10 중량%를 포함하는 유기용제를 포함하며, 분산제를 포함하지 않는 조성물을 2단계 분산으로 균일하게 분산시킨 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물을 35℃ 이하로 유지하며 1차 80~120 RPM으로, 2차 900~1100 RPM으로 1.5~2.5 시간 동안 분산시킨 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(PTFE)이 4~15 마이크론인 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘카바이드가 400~600 nm 크기의 분말인 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코팅 조성물의 건조 중량비가 25~30 중량%인 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코팅 조성물의 바인더에 대한 안료의 함량비율(P/B 비율)이 0.5~1인 코팅 조성물.
- 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(PTFE) 또는 테트라플로오로에틸렌-퍼플루오로알킬비닐에테르 공중합체, 테트라플루오로에틸렌-헥사플루오로프로필렌 공중합체, 테트라플루오로에틸렌-에틸렌 공중합체, 폴리클로로트리플루오로에틸렌, 클로로트리플루오로에틸렌-에틸렌 공중합체로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 불소계 탄화수소 화합물 5~12 중량%, 폴리아미드이미드(PAI) 8~18 중량%, 카본블랙 1.5~5 중량%, 실리콘카바이드 0.5~1.0 중량%, 폴리에테르 변성 폴리디메틸실록산 0.3~0.5 중량%와; N-메틸피롤리돈(NMP) 15~50 중량%, 메틸이소부틸케톤(MIBK) 15~20 중량%, 석유계 혼합용제 5~10 중량%를 포함하는 유기용제를 배합하는 배합단계;
상기 배합된 혼합물을 500~600 RPM에서 0.5~1.5 시간 동안 교반하는 교반단계;
상기 교반된 혼합물을 35℃ 이하로 유지하며 1차 80~120 RPM으로, 2차 900~1100 RPM으로 1.5~2.5 시간 동안 분산시키는 분산단계; 및
상기 분산된 혼합물을 400~600 mmHg 압력에서 200~400 RPM으로 탈포시키는 탈포단계를 포함하는 코팅 조성물 제조방법. - 제7항에 있어서, 상기 코팅 조성물의 건조 중량비가 25~30 중량%인 코팅 조성물 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(PTFE)이 4~15 마이크론인 코팅 조성물 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘카바이드가 400~600 nm 크기의 분말인 코팅 조성물 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 코팅 조성물의 바인더에 대한 안료의 함량비율(P/B 비율)이 0.5~1인 코팅 조성물 제조방법.
