- 음극 및 제 1 전해액을 포함하는 도금부;
양극 및 제 2 전해액을 포함하는 이온공급부; 및
양이온교환막을 포함하고,
상기 제 1 전해액 및 제 2 전해액은 각각 리튬염을 포함하는 서로 다른 종류의 전해액이고,
상기 양이온교환막은 리튬양이온만을 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 도금조. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 전해액은 리튬 비스(플루오로설포닐)이미드(LiFSI), 리튬 비스(트라이플루오로메탄설포닐)이미드(LiTFSI), 리튬 헥사플루오로포스페이트(LiPF6), 리튬 테트라플루오로보레이트(LiBF4), 리튬 디옥살레이트보레이트(LiBOB), 리튬 디플루오로포스페이트(LiPF2O2), 리튬 4,5-디사이아노-2-(트라이플루오로메틸)이미다졸(LiTDI), 리튬 디플루오로(옥살라토)보레이트(LiDFOB), 리튬 퍼클로레이트(LiClO4), 리튬 헥사플루오로알세네이트(LiAsF6), 리튬 트라이플루오로메탄설포네이트(LiTf), 리튬 비스(펜타플루오로에탄술포닐)이미드(LiBETI), 리튬 4,5-디사이아노-1,2,3-트라이아졸레이트(LiDCTA), 4,5-디사이아노-2-(펜타플루오로에틸)이미다졸(LiPDI), 리튬 플루오로알킬포스페이트(LiFAP) 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도금조. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 전해액 및 제 2 전해액은 용매를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도금조. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 용매는 다이메틸포름아마이드(DMF), 다이메틸설폭사이드(DMSO), 에터계 용매, 카보네이트계 용매 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 도금조. - 삭제

상기 음극은 구리(Cu), 탄소(C), 니켈(Ni), 스테인레스스틸(SUS), 알루미늄(Al), 몰리브데늄(Mo), 크롬(Cr), 티타늄(Ti) 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도금조. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 양극은 불용성 전극인 것을 특징으로 하는 도금조. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 도금부는 첨가제를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도금조. - 제 1 항, 제 3 항, 제 5 항, 제 6 항 및 제 8 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항의 도금조를 제공하는 단계;
상기 음극 및 양극에 전압을 인가하고, 상기 제 1 전해액에 포함된 리튬양이온이 음극에 전착되는 단계;
상기 이온공급부에 제 2 전해액을 추가로 공급하는 단계; 및
상기 제 2 전해액에 포함된 리튬양이온이 상기 양이온교환막을 통하여 도금부로 이동하는 단계;
를 포함하고,
상기 제 1 전해액 및 제 2 전해액은 각각 리튬염을 포함하는 이종의 전해액이고,
상기 양이온교환막은 리튬양이온만을 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬금속 도금방법. - 제 11 항의 제조방법으로 제조된 리튬금속박막.
- 제 12 항의 리튬금속박막을 포함한 리튬 이차전지용 음극.
