도 2는 상기 도 1에서 금속폼 표면에 리튬을 전착 및 압연한 모양을 나타내는 도면이다.
도 3은 구리 포일(copper foil)과 구리폼(copper form)을 사용하여 전착 실험한 결과를 나타내는 그래프이다.
Claims (11)
- 금속폼 표면에 리튬을 전착(electro-plating)하는 단계 및
상기 전착된 리튬을 압연하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 리튬을 전착하기 위한 소재는 양극, 음극 및 전해질을 포함하고,
상기 양극은 리튬을 포함하는 금속 포일을 사용하고, 상기 음극은 리튬 이온이 적층된 금속 포일을 사용하며,
상기 압연하는 단계에 의해 상기 리튬이 전착된 금속폼의 두께가 처음 금속폼 두께의 절반 이하로 줄어들고, 상기 리튬이 전착된 금속폼의 두께는 20 마이크로미터 이상 50 마이크로미터 이하가 되는 리튬 금속 전극재 제조 방법. - 제1항에서,
상기 금속폼은 Cu, Ni 및 STS(stainless steel) 중 하나인 리튬 금속 전극재 제조 방법. - 제1항에서,
상기 금속폼은 100 PPI 내지 200 PPI의 기공 크기를 갖는 리튬 금속 전극재 제조 방법. - 제1항에서,
상기 리튬을 전착하는 단계는, 상기 금속폼의 겉보기 면적 기준으로 0.1mA/cm2 내지 10mA/cm2의 전류 밀도로 정전류 전착하는 리튬 금속 전극재 제조 방법. - 삭제
