도 6은 시험예 34, 비교 시험예 23 내지 24에서 제작한 굽힘 시험편의 조형물의 휨양을 설명하기 위한 모식적 측면도이다.
Claims (13)
- 평균 섬유 길이 1㎛ 내지 300㎛, 또한 평균 애스펙트비 3 내지 200인 무기 섬유와, 열가소성 수지를 함유하는 수지 조성물이며, 상기 무기 섬유의 모스 경도가 5 이하이고, 3차원 프린터용 조형 재료인 수지 조성물.
- 평균 섬유 길이 1㎛ 내지 300㎛, 또한 평균 애스펙트비 3 내지 200인 무기 섬유와, 열가소성 수지를 함유하는 수지 조성물이며, 상기 무기 섬유가, 티타늄산칼륨, 월라스토나이트에서 선택되는 적어도 1종이고, 3차원 프린터용 조형 재료인 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 무기 섬유의 함유량이, 수지 조성물의 합계량 100질량% 중에 1질량% 내지 40질량%인 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 3차원 프린터가 열용해 적층 방식 또는 분말 층 용융 결합 방식인 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 수지 조성물을 포함하는 열용해 적층 방식 3차원 프린터용 필라멘트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 수지 조성물을 포함하는 분말 층 용융 결합 방식 3차원 프린터용 수지 분말.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 수지 조성물을 3차원 프린터로 조형한 조형물.
- 제5항에 기재된 필라멘트를 열용해 적층 방식 3차원 프린터로 조형한 조형물.
- 제6항에 기재된 수지 분말을 분말 층 용융 결합 방식 3차원 프린터로 조형한 조형물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 수지 조성물을 사용하여 3차원 프린터로 조형물을 제조하는, 조형물의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 기재된 필라멘트를 열용해 적층 방식 3차원 프린터에 공급하는, 조형물의 제조 방법.
- 제6항에 기재된 수지 분말을 분말 층 용융 결합 방식 3차원 프린터에 공급하는, 조형물의 제조 방법.
