Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 특정 화합물로 개질된 실리카를 고무 입자의 주변부, 즉 그라프트 공중합체의 쉘 내 분산시킴으로써, 그라프트 공중합체의 분산성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 궁극적으로는 종래 그라프트 공중합체와 동등 혹은 그 이상의 투명성을 가지면서도, 고무 함량이 동등한 수지 조성물 대비 충격강도, 인장강도 등 기계적 물성은 크게 향상된 이점을 제공한다.

Claims (17)
- 공액 디엔계 고무 코어; 및 상기 고무 코어를 감싸고, (메트)아크릴산 알킬에스테르 화합물, 방향족 비닐 화합물 및 비닐시안 화합물를 포함하여 그라프트 중합된 쉘;을 포함하되,
상기 쉘은, 표면 개질된 실리카를 상기 방향족 비닐 화합물 100 중량부 기준 1.3 내지 2.5 중량부로 포함하고,
상기 표면 개질된 실리카는, 실리카와 실레인계 화합물의 반응물을 포함하며,
상기 실레인계 화합물은 하기 화학식 1

(상기 화학식 1에서, R1은 탄소수 1 내지 18개의 선형 알킬기 또는 탄소수 3 내지 18개의 분지형 알킬기이고, R2는 탄소수 1 내지 2 개의 알킬기이다.)로 표시되는 화합물이고,
상기 표면 개질된 실리카는 상기 쉘에 분산되고, 평균입경이 90 내지 160nm인 것을 특징으로 하는
그라프트 공중합체. - 삭제

상기 그라프트 공중합체는 공액 디엔계 고무 코어 20 내지 70 중량%에, (메트)아크릴산 알킬에스테르 화합물 20 내지 60 중량%, 방향족 비닐 화합물 7 내지 30 중량% 및 비닐시안 화합물 1 내지 10 중량%를 그라프트 중합시켜 제조된 쉘을 포함하는 특징으로 하는
그라프트 공중합체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 공액 디엔계 고무 코어는 평균입경이 600 내지 5000Å인 것을 특징으로 하는
그라프트 공중합체. - (A) 제 1항, 제 4항, 제 6항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 그라프트 공중합체 20 내지 80 중량%; 및
(B) (메트)아크릴산 알킬에스테르 화합물, 방향족 비닐 화합물 및 비닐시안 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하여 중합된 비그라프트 공중합체 20 내지 80 중량%;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는
열가소성 수지 조성물. - 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 B) 비그라프트 공중합체는 (메트)아크릴산 알킬에스테르 화합물 50 내지 80 중량%, 방향족 비닐 화합물 15 내지 45 중량% 및 비닐시안 화합물 1 내지 10 중량%를 포함하여 중합된 것을 특징으로 하는
열가소성 수지 조성물. - 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 (A) 그라프트 공중합체 및 (B) 비그라프트 공중합체 각각은 중량평균분자량이 50000 내지 150000g/mol인 것을 특징으로 하는
열가소성 수지 조성물. - 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 (A) 그라프트 공중합체와 (B) 비그라프트 공중합체의 굴절율 차이가 0.01 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는
열가소성 수지 조성물. - 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 수지 조성물은 ASTM D1003에 의해 측정한 헤이즈 값이 0.5 내지 2.0인 것을 특징으로 하는
열가소성 수지 조성물. - 공액 디엔계 고무에, (메트)아크릴산 알킬에스테르 화합물, 표면 개질된 실리카가 분산된 방향족 비닐 화합물 및 비닐시안 화합물을 포함하여 그라프트 중합시켜 그라프트 공중합체를 제조하는 단계;
(메트)아크릴산 알킬에스테르 화합물, 방향족 비닐 화합물 및 비닐시안 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하여 중합시켜 비그라프트 공중합체를 제조하는 단계;
상기 그라프트 공중합체 20 내지 80 중량% 및 비그라프트 공중합체 20 내지 80 중량%를 포함하여 혼련하는 단계;를 포함하되,
상기 표면 개질된 실리카는, 그라프트 중합 시 투입되는 방향족 비닐 화합물 100 중량부 기준 1.3 내지 2.5 중량부인 범위 내로 투입되고,
상기 표면 개질된 실리카는, 실리카와 실레인계 화합물의 반응물을 포함하며,
상기 실레인계 화합물은 하기 화학식 1

상기 표면 개질된 실리카는, 콜로이달 실리카를 실레인계 화합물과 1:1 초과 내지 1:3 미만의 중량비로 반응시켜 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는
열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조방법. - 제 15항에 있어서,
상기 콜로이달 실리카는 실리카를 10 내지 20 중량%로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는
열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조방법. - 제 16항에 있어서,
상기 콜로이달 실리카는 평균입경이 10 내지 50nm인 것을 특징으로 하는
열가소성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
