Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 잔류 유화제 함량의 저감으로 그라프트 공중합체의 열안정성이 개선되고, 이를 포함하는 열가소성 수지 조성물 및 성형품은 충격강도나 유동성 등이 우수하면서도 투명도, 사출 체류 시 변색도, 고온 장기 보관 시 변색도 등의 물성 상승 효과가 있다.

Claims (18)
- 공액 디엔계 고무 코어; 및 상기 고무 코어를 감싸고 (메트)아크릴산 알킬 에스테르계 화합물, 방향족 비닐 화합물 및 비닐시안 화합물을 포함하여 그라프트 중합된 쉘;을 포함하는 그라프트 공중합체로,
상기 그라프트 공중합체는 공액 디엔계 고무 코어 40 내지 60 중량부, (메트)아크릴산 알킬 에스테르계 화합물 25 내지 50 중량부, 방향족 비닐 화합물 5 내지 25 중량부 및 비닐시안 화합물 1 내지 15 중량부를 포함하는 단량체 혼합물 100 중량부에, 유화제 0.1 내지 3 중량부를 포함하여 중합되고,
상기 유화제는 유화제 총 100 중량%를 기준으로 소르빈산 금속염 40 내지 66.7 중량% 및 알케닐 C16-18 숙신산의 디포타슘염 33.3 내지 60 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는
그라프트 공중합체. - 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 금속염은 칼륨염 및 나트륨염 중에서 선택된 1종 이상임을 특징으로 하는
그라프트 공중합체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 공액 디엔계 고무 코어는 평균입경이 2,000 내지 4,000Å인 것을 특징으로 하는
그라프트 공중합체. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 쉘은 중량평균분자량이 80,000 내지 300,000g/mol인 것을 특징으로 하는
그라프트 공중합체. - 반응기에 공액 디엔계 고무 라텍스(고형분 기준) 40 내지 60 중량부, (메트)아크릴산 알킬 에스테르계 화합물 25 내지 50 중량부, 방향족 비닐 화합물 5 내지 25 중량부, 비닐시안 화합물 1 내지 15 중량부를 포함하는 단량체 혼합물 100 중량부; 유화제 0.1 내지 3 중량부; 및 개시제 0.005 내지 1 중량부;를 투입하고 그라프트 중합시키는 단계를 포함하되,
상기 유화제는 유화제 총 100 중량%를 기준으로 소르빈산 금속염 40 내지 66.7 중량% 및 알케닐 C16-18 숙신산의 디포타슘염 33.3 내지 60 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는

상기 금속염은 칼륨염 및 나트륨염 중에서 선택된 1종 이상임을 특징으로 하는

상기 그라프트 중합 시, 상기 (메트)아크릴산 알킬 에스테르계 화합물, 방향족 비닐 화합물, 비닐시안 화합물 및 개시제는 반응기에 연속 투입되는 것을 특징으로 하는
그라프트 공중합체의 제조방법. - 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 그라프트 중합은 분자량조절제 0.1 내지 1 중량부, 산화-환원계 개시제 0.001 내지 0.5 중량부 또는 이들 모두를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는
그라프트 공중합체의 제조방법. - 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 그라프트 중합 완료 후, 수득된 그라프트 공중합체 라텍스는 응고물 함량이 0.4 중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는
그라프트 공중합체의 제조방법. - 제 6항 및 제 8항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법에 따른 그라프트 공중합체 10 내지 60 중량% 및 (메트)아크릴산 알킬 에스테르 화합물-방향족 비닐 화합물-비닐시안 화합물 공중합체 40 내지 90 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는

상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 안정제, 안료, 연료, 보강제, 자외선 흡수제, 산화방지제, 착색제, 이형제, 활제, 대전방지제 및 가소제 중에서 선택된 1종 이상의 첨가제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는
열가소성 수지 조성물. - 제 12항에 따른 열가소성 수지 조성물을 사출하여 제조됨을 특징으로 하는
성형품. - 제 14항에 있어서,
상기 성형품은 ASTM D1238에 의거하여 측정된 유동성(220℃, 하중 10kg)이 10 내지 20g/10min인 것을 특징으로 하는
성형품. - 제 14항에 있어서,
상기 성형품은 ASTM D256에 의거하여 측정된 충격강도가 12.5 내지 16 kgcm/cm인 것을 특징으로 하는

상기 성형품은 ASTM 1003에 의거하여 측정된 헤이즈(Haze)가 2.0 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는
