Abstract
본 발명에서는 단면 상에 개질 셀룰로오스 수지와 폴리락틱산 수지가 사이드 바이 사이드(Side by Side) 형태로 복합 배열된 복합수지 칩(Chip)을 사용하여 상기 중간층(1b)을 제조하기 때문에 개질 셀룰로오스 수지와 폴리락틱산의 상용성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있고, 그로 인해 공압출 복합필름의 제조공정성이 크게 개선된다.
본 발명의 식품포장용 생분해성 공압출 복합필름(1)은 생분해성 수지들로만 구성되어 생분해성이 우수하여 환경오염을 방지할 수 있고, 포장된 식품과 직접 접촉하는 내층(1a)은 천연소재인 개질 셀룰로오스이기 때문에 인체에 무해하고, 외층(1c)이 폴리락틱산 수지로 구성되기 때문에 인쇄성이 우수하고, 중간층(1b)이 외층(1c)의 주성분인 폴리락틱산 수지와 내층(1a)의 주성분인 개질 셀룰로오스가 혼합된 혼합수지로 이루어져 내층(1a) 및 외층(1c)과의 접착성이 우수하다.

Claims (6)
- (ⅰ) 개질 셀룰로오스 수지를 제1익스트루더(40)에 투입, 용융시켜 내층(1a) 제조용 용융물을 제조하는 공정;
(ⅱ) 단면 상에 개질 셀룰로오스 수지와 폴리락틱산 수지가 사이드 바이 사이드(Side by Side) 형태로 복합 배열된 복합수지 칩(Chip)을 제2익스트루더(40')에 투입, 용융시켜 중간층(1b) 제조용 용융물을 제조하는 공정;
(ⅲ) 폴리락틱산 수지를 제3익스트루더(40'')에 투입, 용융시켜 외층(1c) 제조용 용융물을 제조하는 공정;
(ⅳ) 상기 내층(1a) 제조용 용융물, 중간층(1b) 제조용 용융물 및 외층(1c) 제조용 용융물들을 함께 환상구조인 하나의 공압출용 다이(Die : 11)를 통해 내층(1a), 중간층(1b) 및 외층(1c)으로 이루어진 3층 구조의 공압출 다층필름(1) 형태로 공압출 하는 공정; 및
(ⅴ) 상기 다이(11)를 통해 하부 방향으로 공압출된 공압출 다층필름(1)을 물로 냉각(수냉)시킨 후 다수개의 압착로울러(11)들을 통과시키면서 무연신 상태로 압착하는 공정;을 포함하고,
상기 복합수지 칩(Chip)은 (ⅰ) 개질 셀룰로오스 수지 용융물과 폴리락틱산 수지 용융물을 하나의 사이드 바이 사이드형(Side by Side type) 복합토출구금을 통하여 토출하여 단면 상에 개질 셀룰로오스 수지와 폴리락틱산 수지가 사이드 바이 사이드(Side by Side) 형태로 복합 배열된 복합수지 필라멘트를 제조하는 공정; 및 (ⅱ) 제조된 상기 복합수지 필라멘트를 일정길이로 절단하는 공정;을 차례로 거쳐서 제조된 것이고,
상기 사이드 바이 사이드형(Side by Side type) 복합토출구금은 (ⅰ) 수직방향으로 형성된 개질 셀룰로오스 수지 용융물의 분배공(a), 수직방향으로 형성된 폴리락틱산 수지 용융물의 분배공(b) 및 수평방향으로 형성되어 상기 2개의 분배공(a,b)들을 연통시켜주는 합류홈(c)들을 구비하는 분배판(I);과 (ⅱ) 상기 개질 셀룰로오스 수지 용융물의 분배공(a)과 연통하도록 수직방향으로 형성된 토출공(d) 및 상기 토출공(d) 하단에 형성된 토출구(e)들을 구비하는 구금판(II);으로 구성되며, 상기 구금판(II)의 상부면이 상기 분배판(I)의 하부면과 접합된 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 식품포장용 생분해성 공압출 복합필름의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 개질 셀룰로오스는 셀룰로오스 아세테이트, 셀룰로오스 디아세테이트, 셀룰로오스 나이트레이트, 메틸 셀룰로오스 및 에틸 셀룰로오스 중에서 선택된 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 식품포장용 생분해성 공압출 복합필름의 제조방법.
