Claims (18)
- 셀룰로오스계 고분자 및 가소제를 혼합하여 가소화된 셀룰로오스계 고분자를 형성하는 단계; 및
폴리유산 수지 및 상기 가소화된 셀룰로오스계 고분자를 혼합하여 생분해성 수지 조성물을 제조하는 단계;
를 포함하고, 상기 폴리유산 수지 대 상기 가소화된 셀룰로오스계 고분자의 중량비가 1:9 내지 9:1 이 되도록 혼합하는
생분해성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 셀룰로오스계 고분자 100 중량부에 대하여 상기 가소제 10 중량부 내지 80 중량부를 혼합하는
생분해성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가소화된 셀룰로오스계 고분자를 9 중량% 내지 81 중량%로 혼합하는
생분해성 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
- 폴리유산 수지; 및 가소화된 셀룰로오스계 고분자;를 포함하여,
상기 폴리유산 수지 대 상기 가소화된 셀룰로오스계 고분자의 중량비가 1:9 내지 9:1 이고,
유리전이온도가 60℃ 내지 150℃이고,
용융 지수(melt index)가 2g/10분 내지 8g/10분인
생분해성 수지 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 가소화된 셀룰로오스계 고분자는 셀룰로오스계 고분자 100 중량부에 가소제 10 중량부 내지 80 중량부를 혼합하여 미리 가소화된
생분해성 수지 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 셀룰로오스계 고분자가 셀룰로오스 나이트레이트(cellulose nitrate, CN), 셀룰로오스 아세테이트(cellulose acetate, CA), 셀룰로오스 디아세테이트(cellulose diacetate, CDA), 셀룰로오스 아세테이트 프로피오네이트(cellulose acetate propinonate, CAP), 메틸 셀룰로오스(methyl cellulose, MC), 에틸 셀룰로오스(ethyl cellulose, AC) 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는
생분해성 수지 조성물.

상기 가소화된 셀룰로오스계 고분자가 9 중량% 내지 81 중량%로 포함된

상용화제, 사슬 연장제, 과산화물 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나를 더 포함하는
생분해성 수지 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 상용화제가 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 공중합체(ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer), 폴리에틸렌 그라프트 무수말레인산(polyethylene-grafted maleic anhydride), 폴리프로필렌 그라프트 무수말레인산(polypropylene-grafted maleic anhydride) 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나를 포함하는
생분해성 수지 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 과산화물을 포함하는 경우 상기 폴리유산 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 0.1 중량부 내지 0.5 중량부로 포함하는
생분해성 수지 조성물.
- 제5항 내지 제7항 및 제9항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 생분해성 수지 조성물을 성형하여 형성한 생분해성 시트.
