Abstract
본 발명에서는 하향식 공압출 방식으로 상기 공압출 다층필름을 제조할 때 하부 방향으로 공압출된 다층필름을 수냉시킨 후 무연신 상태를 유지하면서 압착시켜 준다.
본 발명의 식품포장용 공압출 다층필름(1)은 가스차단성, 수분차단성, 투명도 및 유연성 등이 우수함과 동시에 날씨에 관계없이 대전방지성이 뛰어나고 특히 항균성이 우수하다.

- (ⅰ) 올레핀 수지와 메탈로센(Metallocene) 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지가 1:3 중량비로 배합되어 있는 조성물인 대전방지제, 천연계 항균제 및 메탈로센(Metallocene) 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지를 제1익스트루더(10)에 투입, 용융시켜 내층(1a) 제조용 용융물을 제조하는 공정;
(ⅱ) 폴리아미드 수지, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지 및 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 수지 중에서 선택된 1종의 수지와 접착제 성분을 제2익스트루더(10')에 투입, 용융시켜 중간층(1b) 제조용 용융물을 제조하는 공정;
(ⅲ) 폴리아미드 수지를 제3익스트루더(10'')에 투입, 용융시켜 외층(1c) 제조용 용융물을 제조하는 공정;
(ⅳ) 상기 내층(1a) 제조용 용융물, 중간층(1b) 제조용 용융물 및 외층(1c) 제조용 용융물들을 함께 하나의 공압출용 다이(Die : 11)를 통해 내층(1a), 중간층(1b) 및 외층(1c)으로 이루어진 3층 구조의 공압출 다층필름(1) 형태로 공압출 하는 공정; 및
(ⅴ) 상기 다이(11)를 통해 하부 방향으로 공압출된 공압출 다층필름(1)을 물로 냉각(수냉)시킨 후 다수개의 압착로울러(14)들을 통과시키면서 무연신 상태로 압착하는 공정;을 포함하며, 상기 천연계 항균제는 키토산, 아미노화합물, 삼백초 추출물 및 천연유황 중에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 식품포장용 공압출 다층필름의 제조방법.
