Claims (9)
- 다층 폴리올레핀 필름을 압출 성형하는 제1압출 단계;
상기 압출 성형된 필름을 냉각시키는 제1냉각 단계;
상기 제1냉각 단계를 거친 필름을 종연신하는 종연신 단계;
상기 종연신된 필름 상에 1층 이상의 수지층이 적층 형성되도록 압출 성형하는 제2압출 단계;
상기 수지층이 형성된 필름을 냉각시키는 제2냉각 단계; 및
상기 제2냉각 단계를 거친 필름을 횡연신하는 횡연신 단계를 포함하되,
상기 제1압출 단계는, 다층 폴리올레핀 필름이 스킨 외층, 코어층 및 스킨 내층을 포함하도록 압출 성형하고,
상기 제2압출 단계는, 상기 스킨 외층 및 스킨 내층 중에서 선택된 하나 이상에 수지층이 적층 형성되도록 압출 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 폴리올레핀계 연신 필름의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2냉각 단계는, 표면에 요철 구조를 가지는 냉각롤을 이용하여 수지층에 공기 홈을 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 폴리올레핀계 연신 필름의 제조방법.

상기 제1압출 단계는, 스킨 외층에 슬립제 및 블로킹방지제 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상이 포함되도록 압출 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 폴리올레핀계 연신 필름의 제조방법.
