- 다층 구조로 된 핫멜트 필름의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 핫멜트 필름의 상층은 열가소성 폴리우레탄 필름 스크랩으로 제조되며, 하층은 열가소성 폴리우레탄 핫멜트로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 핫멜트 필름의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 핫멜트 필름의 하층에는 상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄 핫멜트와 폴리에스 테르 핫멜트가 배합되어 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 핫멜트 필름의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 핫멜트 필름의 상층과 하층은 열가소성 폴리우레탄 핫멜트로 제조되며, 중간층은 열가소성 폴리우레탄 또는 상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄 필름 스크랩으로 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핫멜트 필름의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 핫멜트 필름의 상층 또는 하층에는 상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄 핫멜트와 폴리에스테르 핫멜트가 배합되어 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 핫멜트 필름의 제조방법.

- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서,상기 핫멜트 필름을 원단에 접착시킬 때, 열 프레스 작업과 고주파 작업으로 접착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 핫멜트 필름의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 고주파 작업 조건은 0.5~1.5A, 가열 시간은 5~15초, 냉각 시간은 5~15초임을 특징으로 하는 핫멜트 필름의 제조방법.
- 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 핫멜트 필름은 공압출 방법에 의해 동시에 압출 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 핫멜트 필름의 제조방법.
- 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄 필름 스크랩은 열가소성 폴리우레탄 필름 사이에 여러 겹의 폴리에틸렌비닐알코올이 적층된 다층 구조임을 특징으로 하는 핫멜트 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제3항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄 필름 스크랩을 압출하여 펠렛으로 가공하여 마스터 배치 형태의 수지로 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핫멜트 필름의 제조방법
