Claims (8)
- 양극 전극박과 음극 전극박을 세퍼레이터를 개재하여 권회한 콘덴서 소자에, 도전성 고분자와, 소르비톨 및 다가 알코올을 포함하는 고체 전해질층으로서 상기 소르비톨 및 다가 알코올을 60∼92wt% 포함하는 상기 고체 전해질층을 형성함과 함께, 해당 고체 전해질층이 형성된 콘덴서 소자 내의 공극부에, 에틸렌글리콜을 포함하는 전해액을 충전시키고, 상기 전해액에 포함되는 에틸렌글리콜의 함유량은, 전해액의 용매 중의 10wt% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 콘덴서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다가 알코올이 에틸렌글리콜, 디에틸렌글리콜, 트리에틸렌글리콜, 폴리옥시에틸렌글리콜, 글리세린, 크실리톨, 에리트리톨, 만니톨, 디펜타에리트리톨 또는 펜타에리트리톨인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 콘덴서.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 고체 전해질층에 상기 다가 알코올이 20wt% 이상 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 콘덴서.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전해액은 상기 콘덴서 소자 내의 공극부의 3∼100%에 충전된 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 콘덴서.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전해액에는, 용매로서 γ-부티로락톤이 더 함유되고, 유기산, 무기산 및 유기산과 무기산의 복합 화합물 중 적어도 1종의 암모늄염, 4급 암모늄염, 4급화 아미디늄염 및 아민염으로부터 선택되는 용질이 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 콘덴서.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전해액에는, 술포란, 3-메틸술포란, 2,4-디메틸술포란으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 용매를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 콘덴서.
- 양극 전극박과 음극 전극박을 세퍼레이터를 개재하여 권회한 콘덴서 소자에, 도전성 고분자와, 소르비톨 및 다가 알코올과, 용매를 포함하는 도전성 고분자 화합물 분산체를 함침하는 함침 공정과,
상기 함침 공정 후 건조 공정을 거쳐, 콘덴서 소자 중에 상기 소르비톨 및 다가 알코올을 60∼92wt% 포함하는 고체 전해질층을 형성하는 고체 전해질 형성 공정과,
상기 고체 전해질층이 형성된 콘덴서 소자 내의 공극부에, 전해액 용매 중의 10wt% 이상의 에틸렌글리콜을 포함하는 전해액을 충전시키는 전해액 충전 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 콘덴서의 제조 방법. - 삭제
