Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 다중첨가에 의한 가교결합 또는 경화가 가능한 실리콘 베이스 B를 포함하고, 하기 식을 갖는 실록실 단위체 (I.1) 내지 (I.3)를 포함하지만 하기 식 (I.4)의 단위체는 포함하지 않는 선형 유기폴리실록산인 적어도 하나의 첨가제 X를 포함함을 특징으로 하며,
- 상기 첨가제 X가, 분자 당, 에폭시 관능성 탄화수소 기반 기를 함유하는 적어도 2개의 실록실 단위체 (I.1), 하이드로실록실 기를 함유하는 적어도 3개의 실록실 단위체 (I.3), 및 7 내지 30의 실록실 단위체의 총 수 N을 포함하고,
- 상기 첨가제 X가 0.2 mol 이상/100 g의 첨가제 X의, 실록실 단위체 (I.1) 함량을 갖는, 실리콘 조성물 A:
(상기 식에서,
- a=1 및 b=1 또는 2이고,
- d=1 및 e=1 또는 2이고,
- 기호 Y는, 임의로 하나 이상의 헤테로원자 또는 산소 원자와 함께, 2 내지 20개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 탄화수소 기반 기 및 에폭시 관능 기를 포함하는 라디칼을 나타내거나, 또는 기호 Y는 기: 알킬 글리시딜 에테르, 선형, 분지형 또는 고리형 에폭시알킬, 선형, 분지형 또는 고리형 에폭시알케닐 및 카복실산 글리시딜 에스테르로 이루어지는 라디칼로부터 선택되고,
- 동일하거나 상이할 수 있는 기호 Z1, Z2 및 Z3은 1 내지 8개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 알킬 기 및 6 내지 12개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 아릴 기에 의해 형성된 군으로부터 선택되거나, 또는 기호 Z1, Z2 및 Z3은 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, 3,3,3-트리플루오로프로필, 크실릴, 톨릴 및 페닐 기로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되고, 상기 첨가제 X는 실록산 사슬의 실리콘 원자에 결합된 알콕시실릴알킬기를 포함하지 않음). - 제1항에 있어서, 첨가제 X가 0.2 mol 이상/100 g 첨가제 X의 실록실 단위체 (I.1) 함량, 및 0.3 mol 이상/100 g 첨가제 X의 실록실 단위체 (I.3) 함량을 갖는, 실리콘 조성물 A.
- 제1항에 있어서, 첨가제 X가 하기 조건을 충족시키는 실록실 단위체 (I.1)의 수 N1 및 실록실 단위체 (I.3)의 수 N3을 갖는, 실리콘 조성물 A:
- 2 ≤ N1 ≤ 10 또는 3 ≤ N1 ≤ 7, 및
- 3 ≤ N3 ≤ 20 또는 5 ≤ N3 ≤ 20. - 제1항에 있어서, 첨가제 X가, 상한 및 하한을 포함하여 7 내지 25, 또는 7 내지 15의 실록실 단위체의 총 수 N을 갖는, 실리콘 조성물 A.
- 제1항에 있어서, 첨가제 X의 함량이 조성물 A의 총 중량에 대하여 0.3 내지 10 중량%, 또는 0.3 내지 7 중량%임을 특징으로 하는, 실리콘 조성물 A.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리콘 베이스 B가
(A) 하기 식을 갖는 적어도 2개의 실록실 단위체 (I.5)를 포함하는, 적어도 하나의 알케닐화된 유기폴리실록산 E:
(상기 식에서,
- a = 1 또는 2, b = 0, 1 또는 2, 및 a+b = 1, 2 또는 3이고;
- W는 독립적으로 알케닐 기, 또는 2 내지 6개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 알케닐 기, 또는 비닐 또는 알릴 기를 나타내며,
- Z는 독립적으로 1 내지 30개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 1가 탄화수소 기반 기를 나타내거나, 또는 Z는 상한 및 하한을 포함하여 1 내지 8개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 알킬 기 및 아릴 기에 의해 형성된 군으로부터 선택되거나, 또는 Z는 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, 3,3,3-트리플루오로프로필, 크실릴, 톨릴 및 페닐 라디칼에 의해 형성된 군으로부터 선택됨);
(B) 임의로, 분자 당 실리콘에 결합된 적어도 3개의 수소 원자를 포함하는, 적어도 하나의 가교결합 실리콘 오일 D;
(C) 적어도 하나의 다중첨가 촉매 F, 또는 백금 족에 속하는 적어도 하나의 금속의 화합물;
(D) 임의로 적어도 하나의 가교결합 억제제 G;
(E) 임의로 접착 조절제 시스템 H;
(F) 임의로 적어도 하나의 희석제 I;
(G) 임의로 적어도 하나의 연무형성 방지용 첨가제 J;
(H) 임의로 적어도 하나의 유기폴리실록산 수지 K, 및
(I) 임의로, 하기 식의 실록실 단위체 (I.6)로 이루어지는, 적어도 하나의 비-관능화된 유기폴리실록산 L:
(상기 식에서,
- a = 0, 1, 2 또는 3이고,
- Z1은 독립적으로 1 내지 30개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 1가 탄화수소 기반 기를 나타내거나, 또는 Z1은 상한 및 하한을 포함하여 1 내지 8개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 알킬 기 및 아릴 기에 의해 형성된 군으로부터 선택되거나, 또는 Z1은 메틸, 에틸, 프로필, 3,3,3-트리플루오로프로필, 크실릴, 톨릴 및 페닐 라디칼에 의해 형성된 군으로부터 선택됨)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 실리콘 조성물 A. - 제1항에 있어서, 구성성분의 양이, [≡SiH]/[≡Si알케닐] 몰 비가 1 내지 7, 또는 1 내지 5가 되도록 하는 양이며, 여기서
- [≡SiH] = 실리콘에 결합된 수소 원자를 포함하는 실록실 단위체의 총 몰 수이고,
- [≡Si알케닐] = 실리콘에 결합된 알케닐 라디칼을 포함하는 실록실 단위체의 총 몰 수인, 실리콘 조성물 A. - 제1항에 있어서, 첨가제 X가 10 내지 700 mPa.s, 또는 15 내지 300 mPa.s의, 25℃에서의 동적 점도를 갖는, 실리콘 조성물 A.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 실리콘 조성물 A를 가교결합시키고/시키거나 경화시켜서 얻을 수 있는, 실리콘 엘라스토머.
- 지지체 위에 발수성 이형 코팅을 제조하는 방법으로서,
이 지지체의 적어도 한 면 위에, 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 실리콘 조성물 A의 적어도 한 층을 도포하는 것을 포함하고,
이 층이 가교결합되는 것을, 또는 이 층이 열 활성화에 의해 가교결합되는 것을 확실하게 함을 특징으로 하는, 발수성 이형 코팅을 제조하는 방법. - 제12항에 기재된 발수성 이형 코팅을 제조하는 방법에 따라 얻어진 적어도 하나의 발수성 이형 코팅을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 지지체.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 실리콘 조성물 A로부터 얻어진 적어도 하나의 발수성 이형 코팅을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 지지체.
- 제13항에 있어서, 종이; 폴리올레핀, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리에스테르 유형의 폴리머 필름; 및 자가 접착제 요소 또는 감압성 접착제 요소의 접착제 면을 보호하기 위한 폴리머 필름으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 가요성 지지체임을 특징으로 하는, 지지체.
- 제14항에 있어서, 종이; 폴리올레핀, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리에스테르 유형의 폴리머 필름; 및 자가 접착제 요소 또는 감압성 접착제 요소의 접착제 면을 보호하기 위한 폴리머 필름으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 가요성 지지체임을 특징으로 하는, 지지체.
