Abstract

본 발명은 상이한 타입의 응축 시스템 내에서 사용가능한 냉장 유체에 관련된다. 본 발명은 보다 구체적으로, 36 내지 39 중량%의 디플루오로메탄 (HFC-32), 28 내지 32 중량%의 펜타플루오로에탄 (HFC-125), 및 31 내지 35 중량%의 테트라플루오로에탄 (HFC-134a)을 포함하는 R-404A의 대체물로서의 조성물에 관련된다.

Description

냉매 조성물{Refrigerant composition}
본 발명은, 냉매 R-404A의 대체물로서의 각종 응축시스템에 사용 가능한 액체냉매에 관련된다.
응축 냉장 시스템에서 액체 냉매를 사용하는 것은, 산업, 상용 및 국내 냉장 분야에서 매우 흔한 것이다.
대기 오존층을 고갈시키는 (ODP; 오존 고갈능) 물질에 의해 제기되는 문제가 몬트리얼에서 다루어져, 클로로플루오로카본 (CFC)의 제조 및 생산의 감소를 규정하는 프로토콜이 서명되었다. 이 프로토콜은, 하이드로클로로플루오로카본 (HCFC)를 포함하는 기타제품에 대해 규제를 확장하고 CFC를 폐기할것을 요구하는 수정 대상을 형성하였다.
냉장 산업 및 에어컨디션 제조 산업은, 이들 액체 냉매 대체에 상당한 투자를 하였는데 이는 하이드로플루오로카본 (HCF)이 시판되온 때문이다.
유체의 온실효과에 대한 기여는, GWP (Global Warming Potential)을 기준으로하여 정량화되며, 이는, 이산화탄소를 참조값 1로 하는 가열능 (heating power)를 요약하는 것이다.
액체 냉매 R-404A는 플루오로에탄, 즉 R-143a, R-125 및 R-134a의 혼합물로서, GWP 는 3944이다. 이 유체는 높은 GWP 를 가지는데, 이는 주로 GWP 4470을 가지는 R-143a의 존재 때문이다.
높은 GWP를 가지는 유체의 대체가 요구된다. 따라서, 동일한 응축시스템내에서 작동 가능한 R-404A의 대체 유체 개발에 대한 큰 필요가 존재한다.
제 1 면에서, 본 발명은 따라서 적어도 36 내지 39 중량%의 디플루오로메탄 (HFC-32), 28 내지 32 중량%의 펜타플루오로에탄 (HFC-125) 및 31 내지 35 중량%의 테트라플루오로에탄 (HFC-134a)을 포함하는 조성물에 관련된다.
바람직하게, 본 발명에 따른 조성물은, 화합물 HFC-32, HFC-125 및 HFC-134a의 총중량이 100%라는 것으로 특징지워진다.
본 발명의 한 구현에서, 37 중량%의 디플루오로메탄 (HFC-32), 30 중량%의 펜타플루오로에탄 (HFC-125), 및 33 중량%의 테트라플루오로에탄 (HFC-134a)을 포함하는 조성물이 바람직하다.
본 발명에 의해 제공되는 하나의 가능성은, 상기 조성물의 액체 냉매로서의 용도이다.
바람직한 구현에서, 본 발명에 따른 조성물은 R-404A의 대체물로 사용된다.
본 발명은 또한, 하나 이상의 응축 단계와 이후 상기 조성물의 증발 한 단계를 포함하는 냉장 방법에 관련된다.
바람직한 구현에서, 본 발명에 따른 방법은, 13℃ 초과의 온도, 바람직하게는 24℃ 초과의 온도에서 응축 단계를 실시함을 포함한다.
매우 특히 바람직한 구현에서, 본 발명에 따른 방법은, -10℃ 이하의 온도에서 증발단계를 실시함을 포함한다.
본 발명의 다른 주제는, 상기 조성물을 포함하는, 응축싸이클 내의 열전달 장치이다.
37 중량%의 디플루오로메탄 (HFC-32), 30 중량%의 펜타플루오로에탄 (HFC-125) 및 33 중량%의 테트라플루오로에탄 (HFC-134a) 을 포함하는 "혼합물 1"로 표시되는 혼합물의 성능은, 하기 작동 조건하에서 Cycle D, NIST, version 5.0 소프트웨어로 성능 시뮬레이션에 의해 R-404A 의 성능과 비교되며, 하기에 기재하였다.
증발 온도: -32℃
응축 온도: 43℃
서브냉각 (subcooling): 5℃
수퍼히트 (superheat): 5℃
냉장 용량: 10 kW
응축기의 이센트로프 상수(Isentropic coefficient): 0.7

Claims (9)

  1. 하기를 함유하는 조성물로서:
    a. 36 내지 39 중량%의 디플루오로메탄 (HFC-32)
    b. 28 내지 32 중량%의 펜타플루오로에탄 (HFC-125)
    c. 31 내지 35 중량%의 테트라플루오로에탄 (HFC-134a),
    화합물 HFC-32, HFC-125 및 HFC-134a의 총 중량이 100%인 조성물.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 하기로 이루어지는 조성물:
    a. 37 중량%의 디플루오로메탄 (HFC-32)
    b. 30 중량%의 펜타플루오로에탄 (HFC-125)
    c. 33 중량%의 테트라플루오로에탄 (HFC-134a).
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 냉매로서 사용되는 조성물.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, R-404A 대체물로서 사용되는 조성물.
  5. 하기 단계를 포함하는 냉장 방법:
    a. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 조성물을 응축하는 단계;
    b. 상기 조성물을 증발시키는 단계.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 응축 단계가 13℃ 초과, 또는 24℃ 초과의 온도에서 실시되는 냉장 방법.
  7. 제 5 항에 있어서, 증발 단계가 -10℃ 이하의 온도에서 실시되는 냉장 방법.
  8. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 조성물을 포함하는, 응축싸이클 내의 열전달 장치.
