Description

本発明は、様々なタイプの圧縮システムで冷媒R−404Aの代替として使用可能な液冷媒に関する。
圧縮冷凍システムでの液冷媒の使用は、工業用、商業用及び家庭用冷凍の分野でかなり普及している。
大気中のオゾン層破壊物質によって惹起された問題(ODP:オゾン層破壊係数)は、モントリオールにおいて扱われ、クロロフルオロカーボン(CFC)の生産及び使用削減を課す議定書が署名された。この議定書では、改正の主題が作成され、それによって、CFCの全廃が要求され、ハイドロクロロフルオロカーボン(HCFC)を含めた他の製品まで規制管理が広げられた。
冷凍及び空調製造の産業は、これらの液冷媒の代替物に非常に多くの投資をしてきており、ハイドロフルオロカーボン(HFC)が市場に出るようになったのもこのためである。
流体の温室効果への影響は、二酸化炭素の温暖化能力を1(基準値)とすることによって温暖化能力を表すGWP(地球温暖化係数)で定量化される。
液冷媒R−404Aはフルオロエタン、すなわち、R−143a、R−125及びR−134aの混合物であり、GWPは3944である。この流体は、主にGWPが4470のR−143aの存在のためにGWPが高い。
GWPが高い流体は代替される必要がある。それ故に、同じ圧縮システムで作用することができるR−404Aの代替流体を開発する大きな必要性が存在する。
そのため、第一の態様によれば、本発明は少なくとも36から39重量%のジフルオロメタン(HFC−32)、28から32重量%のペンタフルオロエタン(HFC−125)、及び31から35重量%のテトラフルオロエタン(HFC−134a)を含む組成物に関する。
本発明の組成物は、好ましくは、化合物HFC−32、HFC−125及びHFC−134aの重量の合計が100%であることを特徴とする。
本発明の一実施態様において、好ましいのは、37重量%のジフルオロメタン(HFC−32)、30重量%のペンタフルオロエタン(HFC−125)及び33重量%のテトラフルオロエタン(HFC−134a)からなる組成物である。
本発明によって提示される一つの可能性は、上述の組成物の液冷媒としての使用である。
好ましい実施態様において、本発明による組成物は、R−404Aの代替品として使用される。
本発明はまた、上記の組成物の蒸発の一段階に続く凝縮の一段階を少なくとも含む冷凍方法にも関する。
好ましい実施態様において、本発明の方法は、13℃より高い、好ましくは24℃より高い温度で行われる凝縮の段階を含む。
特に好ましい実施態様によれば、本発明による方法は、−10℃以下の温度で行われる蒸発の段階を含む。
本発明の別の主題は、上記の組成物を含む圧縮サイクルにおける熱移動のための装置である。
37重量%のジフルオロメタン(HFC−32)、30重量%のペンタフルオロエタン(HFC−125)及び33重量%のテトラフルオロエタン(HFC−134a)からなる、「混合物1」と表される混合物の性能を、NISTのCycle D、バージョン5.0ソフトウェアを用いて以下の動作条件下、シミュレートすることにより、R−404Aの性能と比較し、その結果を下記に示す:
蒸発温度:−32℃
凝縮温度:43℃
過冷却:5℃
過熱:5℃
冷凍能力:10kW
圧縮機の等エントロピー係数(Isentropic coefficient):0.7
GWPはIPCCの第4次報告書(2007)に従って算出される。

Claims (9)

  1. a.36から39重量%のジフルオロメタン(HFC−32)
    b.28から32重量%のペンタフルオロエタン(HFC−125)
    c.31から35重量%のテトラフルオロエタン(HFC−134a)
    を含む組成物。
  2. 化合物HFC−32、HFC−125及びHFC−134aの重量の合計が100%である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
  3. a.37重量%のジフルオロメタン(HFC−32)
    b.30重量%のペンタフルオロエタン(HFC−125)
    c.33重量%のテトラフルオロエタン(HFC−134a)
    からなる、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
  4. 冷媒としての、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の組成物の使用。
  5. R−404Aの代替品としての、請求項4に記載の使用。
  6. 以下の段階を含む冷凍方法:
    a.請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の組成物の凝縮;
    b.前記組成物の蒸発。
  7. 凝縮段階が13℃より高い温度で行われる、請求項6に記載の方法。
  8. 蒸発段階が−10℃以下の温度で行われる、請求項6及び7の何れか一項に記載の方法。
  9. 請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の組成物を含む圧縮サイクルにおける熱移動のための装置。
