Claims (6)
- 제 1 방향족 다이아민 모노머와 방향족 다이안하이드라이드 모노머가 공중합된 제 1 반복 단위, 및 제 2 방향족 다이아민 모노머와 아실 클로라이드 모노머가 공중합된 제 2 반복 단위를 포함하는 폴리아믹산의 이미드화물로서,
상기 제 1 반복 단위의 상기 제 1 방향족 다이아민 모노머: 상기 방향족 다이안하이드라이드 모노머의 몰비가 1: 0.68 내지 1: 0.70인, 폴리아마이드이미드 블록 공중합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 및 제 2 방향족 다이아민 모노머는 2,2'-비스(트리플루오로메틸)-4,4'-바이페닐다이아민(2,2'-bis(trifluoromethyl)-4,4'-biphenyldiamine)인, 폴리아마이드이미드 블록 공중합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 방향족 다이안하이드라이드 모노머는 3,3',4,4'-비페닐테트라카르복실릭 다이안하이드라이드(3,3',4,4'-biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride) 및 4,4'-(헥사플루오로 아이소프로필리덴) 다이프탈릭 안하이드라이드(4,4'-(hexafluoro isopropylidene) diphthalic anhydride)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1 종 이상의 화합물인, 폴리아마이드이미드 블록 공중합체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 아실 클로라이드 모노머는 아이소프탈로일 클로라이드(isophthaloyl chloride), 테레프탈로일 클로라이드(terephthaloyl chloride) 및 4,4'-바이페닐 다이카르보닐 클로라이드(4,4'-biphenyl dicarbonyl chloride)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물인, 폴리아마이드이미드 블록 공중합체.
- 제 1 항의 폴리아마이드이미드 블록 공중합체를 포함하는 폴리아마이드이미드 필름.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 필름은, 30 ± 2 ㎛의 두께에서 ASTM D3363에 의거하여 측정된 3H 등급 이상의 연필 경도(Pencil Hardness), ASTM D1925에 의거하여 측정된 2.90 이하의 황색 지수(Y.I.), 및 550 nm 파장의 가시광선에 대한 89.5 % 이상의 투과도(transmittance)를 가지는, 폴리아마이드이미드 필름.
