Abstract
밸브 하우징(2)과, 밸브 하우징(2)의 가이드 통로(10)에 장착되어 제어 통로를 개폐하는 밸브체(15)와, 이 밸브체(15)를 개폐 구동하기 위한 솔레노이드(30)를 구비한 용량 제어 밸브(1)에 있어서, 밸브체(15)의 외주면(15a) 또는 가이드 통로(10)의 가이드면(10a)의 일방에는 테이퍼부(13a)가 설치됨과 아울러 타방에는 나선 홈(22)이 설치되고, 테이퍼부(13a)는 밸브체(15)의 외주면(15a)과 가이드 통로(10)의 가이드면(10a)과의 간극이 고압측보다도 저압측쪽으로 커지도록 설정되고, 테이퍼부(13a) 및 나선 홈(22)은 밸브체(15)의 스트로크의 시점으로부터 종점의 전범위에 있어서 테이퍼부(13a)의 기점(14)이 나선 홈(22)의 영역 내에 위치하도록 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하고 있다.

Claims (2)
- 밸브 하우징과, 상기 밸브 하우징의 가이드 통로에 장착되어 제어 통로를 개폐하는 밸브체와, 이 밸브체를 개폐 구동하기 위한 솔레노이드를 구비한 용량 제어 밸브에 있어서,
상기 가이드 통로의 가이드면 또는 상기 가이드 통로에 대향하는 상기 밸브체의 외주면 중 일방에는 스트레이트부 및 테이퍼부가 설치됨과 아울러, 상기 스트레이트부 및 상기 테이퍼부에 대향하는 타방에는 나선 홈이 설치되고,
상기 스트레이트부는 상기 밸브체의 외주면과 상기 가이드 통로의 가이드면 사이에 소정의 간극을 갖고,
상기 테이퍼부는, 상기 밸브체의 외주면과 상기 가이드 통로의 가이드면과의 간극이 고압측보다도 저압측쪽으로 커지도록 설정되고,
상기 밸브체의 스트로크의 시점으로부터 종점의 전범위에 있어서, 상기 밸브체의 외주면과 상기 가이드 통로의 가이드면 사이에는 고압측으로부터 저압측으로 누설이 존재하고,
상기 테이퍼부 및 상기 나선 홈은 상기 밸브체의 스트로크의 시점으로부터 종점의 전범위에 있어서 상기 테이퍼부의 기점이 상기 나선 홈의 영역 내에 위치하도록 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량 제어 밸브. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 소정의 간극은 0.02mm부터 0.08mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 용량 제어 밸브.
