Claims (15)
- 제1 프로필렌계 중합체 성분과 제2 프로필렌계 중합체 성분을 포함하는 권축형 복합섬유의 부직포로서,
상기 제1 프로필렌계 중합체 성분 및 상기 제2 프로필렌계 중합체 성분은 시차 주사 열량계(DSC)로 측정되는 상기 제1 프로필렌계 중합체 성분의 융점이 상기 제2 프로필렌계 중합체 성분의 융점보다 30℃ 이상 높고, 상기 제1 프로필렌계 중합체 성분과 상기 제2 프로필렌계 중합체 성분의 ASTM D1238에 따라 측정되는 용융지수(MFR: 측정 온도 230℃, 하중 2.16 kg)의 비(제2 성분/제1 성분)가 1.7 이상이고, 상기 제1 프로필렌계 중합체 성분/상기 제2 프로필렌계 중합체(중량비)로 표시되는 성분비가 50/50 내지 10/90인 권축형 복합섬유 부직포. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 프로필렌계 중합체 성분 및 상기 제2 프로필렌계 중합체 성분은 각각 서로 독립적으로 프로필렌 단독 중합체, 프로필렌-에틸렌 공중합체, 폴리프로필렌에 에틸렌이 공중합된 엘라스토머계 랜덤 공중합체, 프로필렌-에틸렌-부틸렌 삼원중합체 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 권축형 복합섬유 부직포. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 부직포는 탄소수 5 내지 25의 지방산 아미드를 상기 부직포 전체 중량 대비 0.01 내지 3중량%의 함량으로 더 포함하는 권축형 복합섬유 부직포. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 부직포는 엠보싱부 및 비엠보싱부를 포함하고, 상기 엠보싱부는 오픈 엠보싱 타입으로 동일 또는 상이한 간격으로 연속적으로 배열된 복수개의 단위 엠보싱 패턴부를 포함하는 권축형 복합섬유 부직포. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 단위 엠보싱 패턴부에 포함된 각각의 엠보싱 패턴은 면적이 0.2 내지 0.7mm2인 권축형 복합섬유 부직포. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 부직포는 본딩율이 13% 이하인 권축형 복합섬유 부직포. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 권축형 복합섬유는 모노형, 심초형, 사이드 바이 사이드형 또는 샌드위치형의 복합섬유인 권축형 복합섬유 부직포. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 부직포는 스펀본드 부직포인 권축형 복합섬유 부직포. - 적어도 2층 이상의 층 구성을 갖는 부직포 적층체로서, 그 중 적어도 1층이 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 권축형 복합섬유 부직포인 부직포 적층체.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 부직포는 스펀본드 부직포이고, 상기 스펀본드 부직포 4개가 적층되어 이루어진 것으로 균일도(CV%)가 3% 이하인 부직포 적층체. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 부직포 적층체는 두께가 0.02mm 이상이고, 크림프수가 10개/10mm 이상이고, 본딩율이 13% 이하이고, 각 엠보싱 패턴의 본딩 영역의 MD 강연도가 50mm 이하인 부직포 적층체. - 제10항에 따른 부직포 적층체를 포함하는 물품.
- 제13항에 있어서,
상기 물품은 기저귀, 흡수용품, 배변용품, 지지층(support layer) 또는 탑시트(Top sheet)인 물품. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 물품이 기저귀인 경우, 상기 부직포 적층체는 친수제 함침량(OPU)이 0.7% 이하이어서 상기 기저귀의 탑시트층에 적용되었을 때 물의 흡수속도가 3sec이하인 물품.
