Claims (15)
- 중합체 결합제,
(a) 근적외선 (NIR) 투과성 유기 안료 및/또는 NIR 반사성 무기 안료인, 적어도 하나의 유기 안료 및/또는 적어도 하나의 무기 안료;
(b) 700 내지 2500 nm 범위에서 75% 이상의 투과율을 갖는 적어도 하나의 염료; 및
(c) 금속 산화물-코팅된 금속 안료, 코팅된 운모 안료, 또는 코팅된 유리 플레이크로부터 선택된 효과 안료
를 포함하며,
(i) 60 < L* < 100인 경우 ≥ 40%, 또는
(ii) 30 < L* ≤ 60인 경우 ≥ 30%, 또는
(iii) 0 < L* ≤ 30인 경우 ≥ 20%
(여기서, L*는 명도임)
의 총 태양광 반사율(total solar reflectance, TSR)을 나타내는,
산업용 코팅 또는 자동차 코팅으로부터 선택된 외장용 코팅인, 기재 상에 형성된 코팅. - 제1항에 있어서,

(iii) 0 < L* ≤ 30인 경우 ≥ 25%
의 TSR을 나타내는 코팅. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 염료 (b)의 양이 안료 (a)의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.01 내지 10.0 중량%인 코팅.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 효과 안료 (c)의 양이 안료 (a)의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 60 중량%인 코팅.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유기 안료가 색 지수(Color Index, C.I.) 피그먼트 옐로우 110, 139, 151; C.I. 피그먼트 오렌지 69, 73; C.I. 피그먼트 레드 122, 179, 202, 254, 282; C.I. 피그먼트 브라운 29; C.I. 피그먼트 바이올렛 19; C.I. 피그먼트 블루 15:1, 15:2, 15:3, 15:4, 15:6, 60; C.I. 피그먼트 그린 7, 36; C.I. 피그먼트 블랙 31, 32; 하기 화학식 Ia' 또는 Ib'의 이성질체 중 하나 또는 그의 혼합물을 포함하는 페릴렌 안료; 및 이들 안료의 제제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 NIR 투과성 안료인 코팅.

상기 식에서, R1 및 R2는 동일하며, 비치환된 페닐렌 또는 나프틸렌이다. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 무기 안료가 C.I. 피그먼트 옐로우 53, 184, C.I. 피그먼트 브라운 24, 29, 33, 35, C.I. 피그먼트 블루 28, 36, C.I. 피그먼트 그린 17, 26, 50, C.I. 피그먼트 블랙 12, 30, 및 이들 안료의 제제로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 코팅.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 안료 (a)가 NIR 투과성 유기 안료이고, 기재가 금속 기재인 코팅.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 다층 코팅이며,
상기 다층은 프라이머, 1 또는 2개 층을 포함하는 베이스코트, 및 외부 층으로서의 클리어코트를 포함하고,
유기 안료 (a) 및 효과 안료 (c)가 베이스코트 내에 포함되고,
무기 안료 (a)가 프라이머 내에 포함되고,
염료 (b)가 클리어코트 또는 베이스코트 내에 포함된 것인 코팅. - 제8항에 있어서, 다층 코팅이며,
유기 안료 (a) 및 효과 안료 (c)가 베이스코트 내에 포함되고,
염료 (b)가 클리어코트 또는 베이스코트 내에 포함되고,
프라이머가 백색 안료를 포함하는 것인 코팅. - 제9항에 있어서, 베이스코트가 유기 안료 (a) 및 무기 안료 (a)를 포함하는 것인 코팅.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
(a) 페릴렌 안료 및/또는 C.I. 피그먼트 브라운 29,
(b) C.I. 솔벤트 블랙 27, 28 및 29로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 염료, 및
(c) 효과 안료
를 포함하고,
20% 이상의 TSR을 나타내며 L*가 ≤ 30인 코팅. - 제11항에 있어서, 25% 이상의 TSR을 나타내며 L*가 ≤ 20, 또는 ≤ 15인 코팅.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 염료 (b)가 아조 염료, 아조메틴 염료, 크산텐 염료, 안트라퀴논 염료, 금속 착물 염료 및 프탈로시아닌 염료로부터 선택되는 것인 코팅.
- 중합체 결합제,
(a) 근적외선 (NIR) 투과성 유기 안료 및/또는 NIR 반사성 무기 안료인, 적어도 하나의 유기 안료 및/또는 적어도 하나의 무기 안료;

를 포함하는 코팅 조성물을 적용하는 단계,
(ii) 임의로 용매를 제거하는 단계, 및
(iii) 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 코팅을 형성하는 단계
의 연속 단계들을 포함하는,
기재의 표면을 코팅하는 방법.
