도 2의 (a)는 본 발명에 따른 디젤용 산화 촉매의 실시 형태를 나타내는 사시도이고, (b)는 본 발명에 따른 디젤용 산화 촉매의 다른 실시 형태를 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 3은 도 2의 (a) 및 (b), 도 4에서 화살표 Z를 따라서 본 모식도이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 파셜 타입의 수트 필터의 실시 형태를 나타내는 사시도이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 이용되는 촉매층과 종래의 촉매층에서의 변환 효율을 나타낸 그래프이다.
도 6은 본 발명에 이용되는 촉매층과 종래의 촉매층에서 포스트 착화에 필요한 입구 온도를 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (4)
- 삭제
- Pt와 Pd 중 적어도 하나가 포함된 3층의 촉매층이 기재로 구성된 디젤용 산화 촉매로서,
배기의 흐름 방향에 대하여 상류측 촉매층, 하류측 외측 촉매층 및 하류측 내측 촉매층으로 분할되고,
상류측 촉매층과 하류측 내측 촉매층에 Pt와 Pd가 포함됨과 함께 하류측 외측 촉매층에 Pt 만이 촉매 금속으로서 포함되고, 상류측 촉매층에 포함되는 Pt 및 Pd의 양과, 하류측 내측 촉매층에 포함되는 Pt 및 Pd의 양이 항상 일정하게 설정되며, 산화 효율이 미리 정해진 값 이상이 되도록 하류측 외측 촉매층에 포함되는 Pt의 양이 설정되고,
배기의 흐름 방향에서 상기 상류측 촉매층과 상기 하류측 외측 촉매층의 길이 비율이 1 : 9 내지 5 : 5 의 범위 내가 되도록 구성되고,
상기 상류측 촉매층에 포함되는 Pt와 Pd의 비율이 1 : 2 내지 4 : 1 의 범위 내이고, 또한, 백금량이 0.1 g/L 내지 2.4 g/L 의 범위 내이도록 구성되는 디젤용 산화 촉매. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 기재에 배기의 흐름 방향에 대하여 육각형의 단면을 가지는 관통공이 형성되어 있는 디젤용 산화 촉매. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 기재가 파셜 타입의 수트 필터인 디젤용 산화 촉매.
